你的样品大么？我在一些文章上读过，grafting 一个polymer brush系统 然后要表征
这个薄膜的厚度 这种情况下面一般wafer不大 放到这个索氏提取器里面 回流
overnight 然后基本上就能除去大部分的未graft的polymer 具体可以查查Sergy Minko
，Clarkson U的一些文章
还有就是ultrasonic，用monomer良溶剂然后超声一段时间 monitor膜厚 如果不变了基
本上洗干净了 这个的不好的地方就是条件稍稍强烈了点，说不准polymer有没有同时被
洗掉，所以如果你的polymer和substrate结合的不是那么稳定 还是第一个方法比较保险 |

materials aid in tiss reg)两项。手术前医生的好像说的是D4263和D4265是二选一的
方案。 保险公司报了D4263 80% 但不负担D4265。我查了一下，D4263,D4264,D4265在
Dental code 里都是列在bone replacement grafts 一项里面的。应该是治疗同一种病
的3种不同方法。而不是同时用在一个病例上。 我觉得是账单搞错了。请问哪位高手能
解释一下。

1. 想法很创新， 技术上（nerve graft）行得通。
2. 用于临床太不成熟。
在手术适应症中， 脊柱裂、脊髓脊膜膨出与脊髓栓系综合症、脊髓损伤、截瘫导致的
神经原性膀胱是不同的， 前者是lower motor neuron损伤引起的大膀胱， 后者是
upper neuron损伤引起的小膀胱。 前者因为神经的缺陷，膀胱的肌纤维因为失去神经
支配萎缩， 所以接上了体神经也不可能有效。 后者的神经肌肉链接相对正常， 所以
接好了有可能工作， 但是， 没有中枢的参与， 自主排尿是不可能的。
那么有没有特例呢， 我想有， 比方说脊柱裂的病人， 有可能有部分神经是正常的，
换成新神经， 膀胱就可能接受到足够强的刺激， 形成排尿。 截瘫也可能不是完全的
， 所以中枢可能还有控制。
测定膀胱还有没有能力对nerve graft有反应可以通过神经传导检查测定， 病人必须经
过严格筛选。 我个人觉得这个手术对某些患者可能有效，不应该一棒子打死， 毕竟对
这部分病人实在没什么好的治疗可以帮助他们的。

没有在拔牙后立刻进行bone graft来防止bone
resorption. 在4个月愈合期后没有评估bone resorption状况和牙龈萎缩的后果。
也没有采取gingival graft的方式来补救。最退后一步，PFM还可在cervical 那里用
gingival color porcelain来模仿gingival margin.
BTW,下面show出来的几张国内图片其实是残根上面的post+BU,而不是implant. |
