Actually I am making Polyacrylamide gel under room temperature. My current
working formula is list below:
Acrylamide (monomer) (~ 8%, wt)
bis-acrylamide (crosslinker)
Redon: Tetramethylethylenediamine/ammonium persulfate
solvent: water/ethylene (10:1)
This formula works pretty well. However, I am trying to replace water/
ethylene glycol with pure ethylene glycol but the crosslinking cannot be
initiated even after two days. I tried to vary the reaction temperature but

发帖数: 533 | 10 无论何时，一定记住，Walmart等地卖的coolant上面说可以和任何coolant mix的那话
都是蒙人的。任何时候不要乱mix coolant除非你确定这样mix 是可以的。
关于coolant base：常见的coolant是乙二醇（ethylene glycol）基的，也有一些用丙
二醇（propylene glycol）的，现在新技术还有别的。要记住的是如果base不一样是绝
对严禁混的。不过这个问题倒是不用太担心至少常见车的冷却液都是乙二醇基的。
最tricky的问题是corrosive inhibitor。老coolant里常用的corrosive inhibitor有
硼酸盐（borate），硝酸盐（nitrate）, 亚硝酸盐（nitrite）, 磷酸盐（phosphate
）, 钼酸盐（molybdate）和硅酸盐（silicate）。
现在新的coolant基本上开始用一些有机酸（organic acid）作为corrosive inhibitor

congestion，最近一个月痘痘疯长。做了些research后发现个skin care line叫Mario
Badescu,昨天买了几小瓶，已经有成效了！！！
1. GLYCOLIC FOAMING CLEANSER
每星期用2-3次，最大的功效是break down build-ups.
2. GLYCOLIC GEL
隔一天用一次，只能晚上用，而且用完这款gel早上一定一定要防晒，切记，否则很容
易长黑斑。这是个exfoliating gel，会融化掉脸上的build-up改善congestion。昨天晚上我
第一次用，抹上半个小时后明显感觉脸上坑坑洼洼的那些buildup不见了，毛孔虽然没有缩小但是皮
肤已经光泽平坦了很多。非常非常满意。
3.ANTI-ACNE SERUM
这个每天早上清洁工作做完，抹在problem area或者容易长痘的地方，可以起到prevention的作
用。非常light，不会堵塞毛孔。

milk不能喝是必然的，猫不能消化乳糖
动物肝脏不能吃多是因为肝脏含有大量维生素A，维生素A吃多了会中毒（包括人类吃多
了也会）
含生物碱的东西，茶咖啡巧克力之类的都不行。
人类用的药有些对猫有毒，有些必须严格控制剂量。不能随便吃。
这个list有点夸张了，dog food无非就是淀粉含量高点而已。。还有raw food。。保证
卫生就可以了。。 |

习惯的惩罚，我石正丽用我的生命担保，与实验室没有关系。奉劝那些相信并传播不良
媒体的谣传的人，闭上你们的臭嘴。同时转发这个打脸消息：印度学者已经决定撤回这
篇预印本文章。
2月5日，石正丽在接受财新记者采访时再次回应争议，希望国家专业部门来调查，以还

石正丽，科学狂人与科学伦理

生命科技、基因研究的发展速度，可能超出我们的想象。如果不是因为这次新冠疫情，
社会还不会如此关注基因、病毒等领域。
最近，武汉病毒所石正丽陷入风口浪尖，因为几篇试验论文，她成为关注的对象。网络
上，从学术论文到病毒研究，各类基因领域的专业术语，掺合着一些阴谋与猜测，成为
疫情之外的另一大舆论场。
石正丽是谁？
石正丽，现任中国科学院武汉病毒研究所研究员，武汉病毒所新发传染病研究中心主任
、武汉P4实验室副主任，美国微生物科学院院士。
因为致力于蝙蝠基因的研究，石正丽有“蝙蝠女侠”的称号，在国际期刊自然、科学杂
志上发表了诸多学术论文。
2018年7月，石正丽作了一个公开演讲，主题是“追踪SARS来源 ”，讲述了自己寻找蝙
蝠溯源SARS病毒来源的辛苦经历。
为什么要寻找蝙蝠？2003年的非典在全球导致了超过8000人感染，超过900人死亡，成
为许多人心中不可磨灭的阴影。非典过后，人们发现果子狸并非SARS病毒的自然宿主。
根据科学判断，蝙蝠有可能是SARS的自然宿主。

Hello fellow bimmerheads,
Last weekend, was time for a coolant change to my Avus Blue beauty. I have to
finish up my yearly maintenance on the car, before the North East winter
arrives. Well as you probably know, coolant must be changed annually since it
breaks down. As ethylene glycol breaks down, it becomes acidic and eats away
your head gasket, water pump etc. If you want a high mileage car, you have to

翻翻手册，有一章是关于冷却系统的，其中有一节介绍了如何检查和更换冷却液。上面说
如果散热器加注口盖里面如果有沉积物或铁锈，或者冷却液太脏，就需要换。看看过程好
像也不是很复杂，和换机油差不多吧。说做就做！
先看看要什么耗材和工具。
手册里倒是没说要用什么牌子的冷却液,只是要求用好牌子的乙二醇(ethylene–glycol)基
的冷却液兑蒸馏水，乙二醇的浓度在50％到70％之间。总之浓一点，凝固点会低一些，沸
点会高一些。反正现在是夏天，用不着太低的凝固点，就1：1吧。到walmart和autozone一
看，各种牌子五花八门的还真不少，找个好点的吧。比较价格后发现还是walmart的便宜，
同样的Prestone的要便宜1块多。
至于工具，实在是没啥专用工具，只需要拧螺丝(94camry的六角螺帽直径是14mm)的工具就
足矣。
把车开上ramps开始动手。
我可不想被开水烫着，乖乖等到发动机冷了再拧开散热器口盖。
接下来的一步就是“放水”。

，保险起见，还是用别的油较好。

虽然自从高中文理分班当了理工科生以来，还一直没有得到过什么好处，
车，房，女人什么的都没有份。
不过 Mailbu2000 User Manual 上关于coolant的描述当时还是记得清楚的，
Coolant contains ethylene glycol,
and it will burn if the engine parts are hot enough.
你该不会以为，制冷剂么，肯定是不会燃烧的吧？
我不是学化工的，对这个不轻易下结论，只参考手册。
再者，你说的那个 170k x 2 又是什么？
