这家15%和10%一个价钱，差不多224毫升，只要$15。觉得浓度肯定没有放水，我原来用
的是DDF 10%
glycolic acid toner，用这个的15%觉得不能承受，所以对了一些rose water降低浓度
以后再
用。成分很简单，没有可疑的东西，对着rose water用感觉和DDF没区别，下次还是买
10%的比较方
便。

lotion，2个月不到，现在脸上的陈年痘痕都淡了很多了，也没长新的，以前每个月都
要例行长一个巨
大的没有头的很硬的暗包，很痛苦。

hazardous to our health. This product contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate, 1 of
3 of the most deadly ingredients. It's used in garage floor cleaners,etc.

这种的话用果酸A酸类产品比较有效果，比如DDF的10%glycolic toning complex这种帮
助肌肤新陈代谢的。
还有philosophy的hope in a jar适合在冬天保湿的同时对这类痘痘产生非常缓慢的疗

我也用的小样，很油但是过会就吸收，确实有点即时效果但绝对没有lz说的这么明显，

反应一会儿，再用水一冲，就干净了。冲完以后，也没戴手套，把下面垫的破报纸
拿起来，攥了攥，扔到垃圾桶。过了一会儿，觉得右边耳朵里面有一点疼，一阵一
阵的，同时发现右手肿了，明显比左手大一圈。今天早上起来好了一点，耳朵不怎
么疼了，可是右手还是肿着。

凝集素层析实际操作起来很简单，跟过简单的Ni柱子一样。拿到洗脱
的蛋白之后，我们就着手开始测活，分析纯化的效率和倍数。胰岛素受体
不是酶，所以测活是利用胰岛素与受体的特异结合。具体的测活步骤非常
简单，就是把I-125标记的胰岛素和纯化的组分混合然后孵育一段时间。然
后加PEG（Poly ethylene Glycol ) 6000沉淀胰岛素受体，而游离的胰岛
素不会被沉淀下来。说到PEG沉淀，Dr.Lin讲了她自己闹的一个笑话。是
这样的，她实验室发现了一个蛋白质因子 MDA-BF-1。这个因子对Osteoblast
（成骨细胞）的增长有促进作用。然后呢，她就想把这个因子的受体给找
出来。首先一步呢，就是得有一个测活方法。所以她就比照insulin
receptor的测活方法而设计了一个方法, 其中连PEG沉淀都是一样的。
结果呢，这个测活试验完全失败了。问题出在PEG沉淀这一步。PEG作
为一种多元醇，可以想像为一种“分子海绵”，可以吸附水分子。这样样
品中蛋白的有效浓度实际变大了好多，容易出现聚集然后沉淀的现象 |
