今天去见了外科医生，感觉人蛮好的，挺耐心负责的
按照他的看法，觉得这个mass应该和adrenal gland相连，但是也不确定
他建议首先验血验尿，排除phoechromocytoma，如果是，他建议一定要切掉
如果不是，有三种选择
1。直接切。听他说风险还是有的，比如说有可能碰到胰脏导致出血等等，但说可能性
很小。而且根据这个mass和adrenal gland的接近程度，有可能连整个左adrenal gland
一起切掉。感觉挺吓人的
2。先做CT guided biopsy，如果确诊这个mass没有任何潜在威胁，根据自己感觉的情
况，如果没有不适感了，可以考虑定期检查，不切。如果不能确诊是什么东西，或者确
诊是有一定潜在危险的东西，还是要切的。
3。不做biopsy，只是定期检查。
他认为我的年纪和身体状况，可以考虑稍微agressive一点的方式，尤其如果有不适感
，应该尽早切除。可是我觉得如果连带左肾上腺一起切除有点太过了，不过听医生的意
思是说，一旦开刀，肯定要把这个mass切下来，而且切多少，肾上腺切不切，只能视当

顺便回答个别妈妈的疑问
宝宝10个月了
刚出生的时候确实有比较严重的baby acne
所以有的mm说可能是baby acne的一种 我觉得很有可能。。
自从发现眼睛肿到现在大概两个月的时间 前前后后为此看医生不下5次
医生一直采取热敷加按摩摸药膏的保守治疗方案 说一般1岁以前不建议做手术
会反复， 做手术也不能根治。。肿块是由于眼皮里的gland被堵住oil secretion无法
及时吸收积累起来的， 眼皮里有好多gland, 如果做手术疏通了一个 另一个也会堵..
医生给了保守治疗方案后 说如果不是肿的睁不开眼睛， 就不用panic。。
热敷按摩的目的是让油脂分泌物软化后机体自己吸收 手术的目的是把肿块里的东西取
出来 我猜可能是脓或者死细胞之类的， 如果肿块太大， 一般都还是需要做手术的，
我家宝宝已经开始排脓， 所以我想应该是好现象， 因为是节假日， 无法和医生联系
上， 等过了节一定好好确定一下， 而且会去附近大一点的医院找个好大夫要个second
opinion..以免耽误宝宝治病。

首先想问的是 这种蛇有毒吗？ 以前基本看到的都是褐色的蛇。。。 这次是绿色的

If it's yellow greenish, there might be an infection, and you need to take

I guess it's case by case. Some dogs do need periodic help in expressing it.
My dog had an infection last year (before that I was not aware of such a
thing as anal glands). After he was cured, I have been going to the vet
every 3 months, asking him to express it and check if it's too full. I might

我不是新猫妈，家里的小赤佬养了5年了，还千里迢迢（应该真的差不多是千里迢迢）
把它从中部带到新英格兰。凡是能打的疫苗全打了；strickly indoor；最近两年有点
肥胖，咱就从网上把口碑好的几种猫粮的卡路里都查个遍，挑个最清淡的给这小赤佬吃
；爱看电视？没问题，家里的电视常常给它开着看animal planet；喜欢drink from
the toilet？咱把喝水的碗就给你放toilet边上，马桶盖虽然合着，从马桶旁边的碗里
喝也能找到点感觉吧；毛太长，便便粘在pp上？咱把你pp上的毛全剃掉！想要弹钢琴？
这个对不起了，咱老妈就怕你来这手，早就日夜兼程缝了个罩子罩起来了。

劲折到脑袋后面。让他趴下，他趴一会又坐起来，反复四五次后，就突然闻到了一股臭
咸鱼的味道。。。赶紧掀开他尾巴一看，果然屁股下面湿了一小撮毛，他的anal gland
又流液体出来了。明明每次他BB后我都会清理他屁股，每次洗澡都会按压一下，平日里
他也从来没有过蹭屁股咬屁股追尾巴的迹象，但他的anal gland大概半年就会自己流出
来一次。只好帮他清理屁股，清理完他再清理地板，喷清新剂，开大窗透气。那个味道
啊，真是太销魂了。。。
他被清理完后，舒服了，来蹭我。我就推开他说你今天太臭了，今天都不要靠近我。结

发帖数: 1388 | 41 本来一直好好的，上周领他体检，医生说anal gland有点堵，有炎症，给开了阿莫西林
，另外说贝贝超重，给开的prescription weight diet。回家之后就给换这个猫粮了，
另外医生还给开了dental diet，两个混着喂的。他都吃。
喂了一周药终于喂完了，刚开始并没有吐，这两天才开始吐的，今天早上刚领去vet看
，体温什么的都正常，vet说可能是药物反应。查了anal gland，没有炎症了，一切正
常。
可是刚刚发现他又吐了，还是吐的猫粮。我怀疑是不是猫粮不行啊？现在该怎么办呢？
好像没什么毛球，贝贝以前也不怎么吐毛球，原来吃blue wilderness猫粮。 |

reporter mice. Very nice GFP fluorescence signal was seen in ductal trees
of Cre-postive/Rosa-YFP (+/-) mouse mammary glands. I then isolated mammary
epithelial cells using the Stem Cell kit (Collagenase/Hyaluronidase
digestion). No GFP-positive cells were detected using FACS analysis. Can
anyone give some suggestions on how to preserve GFP for FACS? Or can anyone
