心理低落肯定是很难受的。理性(心理、逻辑)分析没用：我们这帮理工生被训练得什么
都找找深层逻辑，我这个差生都会，你们好生肯定更厉害。你引用的那段英文肯定是文
科生些的，非常有道理，但是没有可操作性，没法分解成1、2、3步可以立刻着手的步
骤。
就像身体吹冷风会发烧，心里低落的根本原因是hypothalamus、pituitary gland这些
Limbic System里的key structures反常工作，释放出了错误的hormones。这和感冒一
样是需要调理的一种生理问题，不完全是心理问题。发烧可以提高身体的免疫力，但是
人很难受；心理低落可以促使人向上，但是也很难受。就是这样。
可以增加有氧活动，因为血液里的氧气可以加快hormones的代谢。比如据说找个人骂一
顿就会心理轻松些 -- 其实不是因为你骂人本身让人发泄(除非你心理变态)，而是激烈
地骂人加快了你氧气的摄入。另外可以多听激烈的好听的音乐，吃营养均衡的可口食物

男性看A片，是因为男性可以通过视觉刺激、促使suprarenal glands分泌sex steroid。不过肉体反应可以通过心理来抑制、甚至反转。比如饿的时候吃肉本来是对肉体有良性刺激的事情，但是告诉你吃的是癞蛤蟆或者蚯蚓，明明无毒有益，你未必能继续下咽。
