样：
Kang Gao帮Two Sigma做了中国的quant trading, 做着做着想自己去中国开基金，和几
个有钱人谈了下商业计划。后来Citadel开了个更好的offer,于是就辞职了准备去
Citadel。但他工作期间发给过自己一些文件，辞职后Two Sigma就把这事告诉警察了。
这些文件到底是什么？Gao的律师说是他自己写的power point presentation和从未被
Two Sigma采用过的一个model的white paper (文件名叫“XXXModelProposal”). Two
Sigma说是Two Sigma's property, 注意Two Sigma自己只是说高亢看model code但没说
他拿走model code. 警察不关心到底是什么，不管是什么Two Sigma都是财大气粗。反
正现在除了Gao和Two Sigma也没人知道了。
Gao的律师说认罪是因为移民身份保不住了，如果再坚持下去恐怕要继续坐牢，将

据悉，高杰米曾被指吸毒还和黑社会有来往，后来在2014年5月20日在Padstow仓库内被枪杀。
嫌疑犯罗杰森(Roger Rogerson)和麦克纳马拉(Glen McNamara)都拒不认罪，还互相指责对方杀害高。二人也不承认向高提供了2.78公斤冰毒。这些冰毒后来被发现藏在麦克纳马拉的车上的两个棕色枕套内。
3日贾斯汀(Justin Gao，音译)出庭作证，称当天晚上他曾前往警方口中的凶案现场、西南区的某仓库，并呼喊着高杰米的名字“在周围转了好几个小时”。

补充一下，GAO的audit不是full audit。那个报告根本没有找出那16 trillion USD的
具体去处，然后是怎么决定给谁的。

而不是前GAO，除非他现在转型下水从政了。——从会计的角度看，非常不容乐观，这
是另一个前GAO的观点。
至于将来的收入，无论靠丈母娘，靠工作，还是靠讹诈，没有确实可信的方法保证的话
，会计不应该采用这些数据。也就是说，如果这位的乐观讲话是得到ＧＡＯ认可的，那
么要么GAO已经放弃了基本会计原则，政治挂帅了；要么是ＧＡＯ掌握有大众不知道的
，可靠的额外收入来源，然后有另一套计算可以推出乐观的结论。

这个报告的七百亿是由每单位长度的花费乘以南部边境总长计算出来的。报告中说：根
据政府审计办公室（GAO）提供的数据，目前建墙花销为每迈六百五十万(注：边境总长
