打牌也是。最近搬家，打球手受伤，去打个牌还真是挺折腾的。
最近一直跟LP讨论打牌值不值得我们的时间。从一个副业的角度来看，打牌娱乐价值高
，时间的commitment很flexible。可是短期的variance高，感觉也不是什么光明正大可
以跟同事聊聊一家子周末做了什么的事。
我们爱吃面包。每个礼拜会去面包店。LP就问，为啥我们不考虑不打牌了，去
franchise一个小面包店。也会很有乐趣，也有可能赚的比打牌多（我多次认真考虑过
franchise波霸店，subway，etc）
考虑的细节就不重要了。反正结论还是打牌又好玩又是可进可退的副业。
然后就是我一直输输输。输。
这两个月来已经突破我从2005就没有更新过的连输记录。
现在谈把时间用在不同的东西也是说先等upswing后再说。
反正打牌就是赢的时候认为自己天下无敌。输的时候就只能反复run simulation，和朋
友讨论，尽可能的确认战略和execution都好，和自己自我催眠unluckiest ever。而每
次继续输，自信就越弱小。

如果有的话，申请赔偿会容易些。
另外，knights inn是连锁旅店，你住的那个，只不过是中国人开的franchise。
你可以考虑直接和knights inn总部交涉，告诉他们你有警察的report。
如果没有马上给你满意的答复，要BBB他们！
也许总部考虑到整个品牌的声誉，会赔偿你。
至于总部如何和那个franchise交涉，是当场罚他们钱，还是以后的合作里面变相扣，
我们就不用关心了。
还好你只被偷五百多，我上次去miami，车里放的都是之前在SAKS买的东西，结果被撬

不同，经营方式，价格什么的会很不一样。所以你对这个租车公司在这个城市的了解，
不等于他们在另外一个城市也这样。大家不要象盲人摸象那样想当然。
比如有些租车公司的店分两种，一种是Corporate 的，就是公司自己的，另一种是
Franchise 的。 小地方，Franchise的店会多点，水平会参差不齐，而且很多公司的
promotion 也不参与。
又比如象National 的自己选车的服务，只有在一些较大的城市才有。小地方的就没有。
还有，象我出差的城市，商务旅客要远远多于度假旅游的。这样周中和周末的价格就相
差非常大。Hertz 这样跟企业关系好的公司，如果没有corporate discount，自己租的
价格就非常高。机场租车的停车场，有差不多一半是Hertz的。基本都是租给出差的人
。到了周末，就会有大量的闲车，甚至多的没地方停，所以价钱会非常的低。相反，如
果是旅游的城市，比如Orlando之类的，那情况就不一样了。周末也许比周中还要贵。
所以租车公司会通过价钱来试图平衡客流量。 |

不过，要注意有一条，是没有注册不可以在加州做 charitable purpose 的
fundraising。什么意思呢？就是 fundraising 有好多种，象学校小孩做个什么活动，
搞个 fundraising，那个不算 charitable purpose。Disaster relief 专门针对某个
人某一家的，在 community 做点 fundraising，也不算 charitable purpose。
ACCEF 给康的小孩设立专门的教育基金，这个算不算 charitable purpose，我不清楚
。如果算的话，没有注册就是有问题的。如果不算的话，没有注册虽然没问题，但说 Q

得利益集团的坛坛罐罐包容得太多，不是蒋一个人风格不风格的。如果国民党集体智慧
不选择这种保守路线，蒋根本就不会在国民党里面出头。
