首先你要看车行的规模，如果是小本经营私人公司我不知道。
如果像我们这种Fortune 500内的集团公司的话，不会有任何问题。我们原来的销售开
s2000上高速给撞了，一点事没有，他们根本就是为了好玩，但是给公司解释说是想学
习了解车的性能。经理就口头说了说而已。
我刚做车行的时候帮客人拿车，因为车在库里最里面，外面被其他的车子堵住了，我移
动外面的车子的时候因为2个车离的很近又是晚上没看清加上着急怕客人等就把外面的
两部蹭了，一个擦破皮一个顶了一个dent，经理完全没为难我或让我付一分钱。
有一个刚来的学校刚毕业的小年轻员工倒车时把后保险杠顶了，但是害怕没说，最后经
理查钥匙check out记录时发现了是他，还特别对这个员工说没事，但是有这种事的时
候要报告，没人会让你赔什么，但隐瞒不报就不对了，当时我就在边上。
作为车行这种事情会经常发生，不但员工，客人有时候也会在试驾的时候出交通事故，
车行都是有保险的。
你所谓的dealer是那种小型的修车铺吧？我接触过刚来的留学生把卖车的都叫dealer,
把那种私人的只要不是卖的自己私家车做中转的也叫dealer。

跟lp普及，聊起QB物以类聚，人以群分。跟大家分享，同求指教。
第一群，也是第一档，四大HOFer，菜鼻猪龙。ring也有，常规赛mvp也有（猪是例外，
但是N次前三，多次第二，而且是差不多可以并列第一的第二，算成mvp也没有问题）。
总之，无需再证明什么，HOF没跑。剩下的就是如何reinforce legacy。
第二群，小白菜，大本，伊力特。有运气也有心脏。有ring。但是从未常规赛打出mvp
水准。问题，这三人有无可能混进hof？多半没戏，但是有无可能？

福建人就是低价竞争。问题是也做不大，不能上市，不算企业，不能市场化，资本化，
换手估价困难。
没有社会地位。还是单兵作战，不利用社会资本模式。
真不如买麦当劳的店，搞franchise.
烙印走的是Franchise的路，既赚到钱，又社会地位提高。现在烙印控制加油站，宾馆

印度人搞的都是流动性好的资产，可以scale up，一个人可以不断购买，雇人管理。都
是franchise的餐馆，franchise的宾馆，franchise的加油站，容易出手，标准化经营
，积累财富快，影响力大。
老中搞的都是小本经营，家庭作坊，一辈子耗在里面。
短期两者看不出区别，长期烙印把老中必然甩在后面。
老中靠中餐生存，最终会败在中餐，把人都套死了。 |

热门地段的中餐馆也很贵, 就是food Court的中餐摊位, 也要几十万, 一百来万才能买
下来。

可不可以自己做个牌子,自由进货,不买Franchise?
我看有很多小加油站起着不知名的名字,应该就是这种没买Franchise的吧?
好处是不需要买这个经销权,并且不需要符合这些大公司各种各样的要求,大大降低成本
.当然,防火等基本措施是一定需要的.firemarshal应该有规定.另外还可以自由找便宜
的货源.
缺点是油价一定要比大牌子的便宜一些,不过还是有不少人愿意买这种较便宜的油的.
如果租别人的没有franchise的小加油站,我估计二三十万应该能做起来吧?
有人有经验吗?
(说几百万的那种要么是地段非常好,要么是规模比较大.现在加油站的利润非常低,很多
加油站卖油的收入基本上就够税,租金,工人工资.老板的收入就考卖杂货挣点钱) |
