比如说一个IT专业的，如果从最开始就一起做，当然应该是co-founder。但如果只是在
产品开发的后期（前期都是花钱请别人做的）做了一点事情，那应该算是co-founder吗？
又比如，产品的开发要有多方面的技术，有一个方面的技术很重要但综合在整个项目中
可能只占5%，那提供那个技术的人是否要算作是co-founder呢？
有没有一个标准来确定co-founder呢？co-founder是否一定要有至少多少的股份呢？
不知道那里有这方面知识的介绍，还是具体情况得咨询律师？版上的前辈能否指点指点？

当然如果你的point是L的founder比较有点眼光，那我是同意的。
但是比起FG的founders，从发展难度和长远的vision来讲，L还是差点

会问什么？
这个CTO在Stanford读的本科和phd，看linkedin的profile，他是公司软件系统的
architect，我面试的职位是直接和他一起工作（directly supporting him）
我无从下手准备，大家给个指点？
ps：之前拿到的offer，目前在等O-1 签证的消息，我知道这么做有点不厚道，可是没
有100%确定去的情况下，我还是决定继续面试了；谢谢各位大牛！ |

名天使投资人100万美元的天使投资。
我们的业务目前主要涉及的领域包括
1. 面向专业市场为主的工具应用，以及
2. 针对大企业的技术授权转让和合作。
现在公司的技术开发团队主要在上海，也可以考虑在硅谷开展部分研发和市场推广工作
。所以工作上会要求中美两地联络。
现特需一个在商业运作，市场开拓方面的co-founder，担任我们的Chief Marketing
Officer。
要求：有初创企业做市场的经验。有b2b的市场推广经验，尤其是工具应用类. 熟悉市
场运作，合同谈判等。中英文流利。对学历无要求，不过如果有MBA应该是个plus。另
外，大家都知道初创企业的特点，所以这个职位适合于有开拓，勇于冒险的精神的人，
对喜欢朝九晚五，大公司稳定工作的人肯定是不合适的的。
除了薪资待遇外，由于企业刚刚成立不久，股权分配上有一个较大的空间。而且这个职
位也将在公司的运营中占一个非常重要的地位（重申一遍，是找co-founder，不是
employee）

发帖数: 26 | 49 美国公司。公司正在成立当中，给的股权都是按照co-founder的级别来的。其实初创公
司早期，大家的风险都很高，团队的前几位成员我觉得都可以算作co-founder，在这里
就不必为名头纠结了:)
