个洞，拿柱子顶起来就可以了。
基本上所有的地基公司都是免费评估，报价的。包子免了。经常看到大家派包子，也没
见过什么样，也不知道怎么吃。
对了，怎么查自己有多少包子啊？ |

inspection report. agent说这种地基是大块水泥浇注的，不会有裂缝，所以可以不

重不严重，
inspector说不严重，后来又说drywall crack 可能因foundation settlement引起, 最
好请structural engineer来看看。我们这个小地方找个structural engineer还真不容
易。 到处查才找到了一个。今天请他来看，他就随便看了２０分钟不到，说没问题就
走了（还花了３５０快钱）。我还是不放心，因为这人看着做事不太认真。crawl
space也没进去，就站在口上往里面看了看，就说没事。我master bedroom ceiling上
有个crack， 他看看就说没事情，问他要不要进master bedroom 上的attic看看，他说
不需要看了。
我真是很担心，因为以前住的房子里面从来没看见这样的crack，请大家帮忙看看,多谢

发帖数: 81 | 15 网上乱找，最后大概是从homeadvisor.com上找到的吧。 他是个registered engineer
，自己开了个公司，就他一个人。check was made payable to himself. 他还给我发
了一张invoice。 他给我发了一个report，很简单， 如下:
I saw no significant structural issues with the home.
The drywall cracking was structurally insignificant and is basically a
maintenance item and cracks in the basement floor and crawlspace foundation
wall are expected. Overall I found the home to be solidly built and in good
structural condition.
不知道房子万一真的有structural问题他会不会负责任。

is not a visible gap (or there might be gap covered by paint).
There are some other issues, I am afraid of the window glass cracking has
soemthing to do with foundation as well:
From seller's disclosure:
1. The sellers checked "No" to disposal, does that mean there is no garbage
disposal installed under the sink? Hard to believe.
2. “Master ceiling patch repaired after minor upstairs toilet leak.”

But you should get a foundation inspector and use his report for price
negotiation. I got some credit back by doing this. |

弄上，再加上high ceiling，至少要1700sqft以上的foundation，2000sqft左右才舒服
这样的话总面积(加basement)就要6000sqft了，两个人住好像有点大？ |

个，garage的一般要薄一些，有个裂纹问题不大，所有的门窗也没有变形，功能都没问
题，厨房的那个裂纹会是如何造成的呢？
