quote，而
不是单纯检查的话，很多是免费做的。
你要是专门做foundation inspection。绝对会给你找出个10k以上的东西需要修。我们
的房子当时
就是这样。结果多找几个contractor，人家的建议最多几百块，或者不修也没有事情。
你的那张柱子的图应该不是很严重。老房子总有些移动的，旁边再多浇注一点水泥就是
了。实际上自己
爬下去看看有没有大的裂缝，自己搞个水平仪（激光的或者就是用水的）在地板上测量
一下看看有没有
不均匀的沉降就可以了。那些专业检查的，也就做了这点事情。 |

发帖数: 422 | 4 不用钻下去，绕着房子走一圈，看看外墙墙根的地方有没有裂就行。 外墙墙根就是
foundation wall的最上面部分。你钻到crawl space里也是看着部分而已。只不过一个
从外面看，一个从里面看，没有区别，因为如果有裂缝，里外都能发现。一般home
inspecation里面也会看看墙根，如果发现墙根裂了都会建议做foundation的检查。如
果真的要做的话，自己上yellow page找一个inspector就好了。

能claim remodel not rebuilt，我自己的理解，这么做应该不是为了保持税基，可能
还是像上面有人说的那样，应该出于是钱和时间方面的顾虑，而且湾区这里旧的
foundation似乎质量特别好，我看大部分情况，city检查过都给permit可以reuse

还有，foundation公司的warranty有很多fine print的，要注意。以后出现新的

但有两个问题：一个是不是很持久，下午就有点出油了；还有就是shade和我肤色不是

wish list：
1.持久度长，氧化后不要变色

顺便问问powder有什么好的推荐,loose和pressed都行。曾经试过guerlain家的
