同宿舍的是两个很好相处的中国女孩，硕士生。
房间非常干净舒适。在三楼，有两个窗户，一个朝南，一个朝西；房子在UV bus 第一
站，可免费乘坐uv的shuttle去学校，也可以坐公交车7,18路，非常方便；房租$321/月
，网费和电费大约25左右，一个月总共不会超过$350。从2011年1月开始转租，租期到
2011年8月20日，可续租。有需要的话12月底也可以提前入住。

房子是全新粉刷8.1入住，2楼，朝南

错，是我们在这附近看到的性价比最高的公寓。5分钟步行到path station,7分钟到
downtown的world trade center, 20分钟到mid-town的33街。过一条街到超市，过两条
街到shopping mall。地理位置非常优越。这也是为什么我和我的室友在这边住了一年
多以后还想在这里附近继续住的原因。
我们现在已有的室友都是女生，金融界工作的年轻人。干净，负责任。平时因为工作都
非常忙，打照面的机会也都不多。在家的时候也都很安静。
公寓内有超大客厅，厨房，二层还有个loft，4个房间分在两层相互不影响。整套房子2
个半洗手间。可以充分避免早上赶时间的时候抢水池。房间价格从900出头到1050不等
，看你想要哪一间了，绝对公平便宜。Master room已经有一个室友要了。请注意这四

发帖数: 2 | 33 本人7月中旬回国，从7月12号起转租，DC 区域university square 公寓中的次卧，价
格450刀一个月，包煤气，不包水电网络等费用需和室友平摊，一个月在50刀左右。
小区位于greenbelt，相对collegepark 较为安全，对面是lease office。有校车可以
到达，离公交站校车站步行仅2分钟，附近步行10分钟有greenbelt的社区中心有便利店
图书馆之类的，步行15分钟可到达greenbelt的shopping center， 有safeway 等大型
超市还有一些专卖店 radioshack 、ross之类的。另外到地铁也有公交只需15分钟。此
外离Beltway palaza较近，校车回家路上经过，去地铁路上也经过，这边有很多购物的
地方，有gaint 超市以及mashel等是一个中小型的mall。
开车是极为方便，出门就是495和295，到dc中心开车只需20-30分钟。距大中美、韩亚
龙等超市开车20分钟左右。
室友均为马大女生易相处，都有车，人非常好。所以只转租给易相处安静的女生。租期

层楼，院子里有车位。是很好的房子，我们家有俩个小孩，住着也不错。我们和邻居是
很好的朋友。他们的小孩和我们的一样大。
还有就是，我们在这里住了三年，我绝对没有见过蟑螂，老鼠。我以前在Jersey City
租过几处房子，都有蟑螂，我个人真的很讨厌这个东西，这个是我们最满意的一间。所
以我们在这里住了三年。
我们的房子走路到Grove Path10分钟。旁边有Hamltion Park（隔四条街）走路到
Newport Mall10分钟。
我不知道房东让不让转租，因为他夏天翻新了房子，我估计要涨价。我们的租约是到3
月底。但是有人能马上搬入的话，我估计房东也会同意的，房东是加拿大人，很守规矩
。每年都把押金的利息会退还我们（试问有几个房东会这样？）
洗衣房就在地下室，4家人合用，不用到外面去洗。
后院有自己的车位，顺便问一下，我们的车也卖，2000年的Mazda mini van 不到10万
迈，开着很好，我们一直都有保养。我家这条街的街头有修车铺，这几年一直都有是在
