The apartment is available starting from June 15th.
Pros:
- you'll reach the Duke Campus just across the Erwin Rd., no more than 10
minutes walking distance to every major buildings on campus
- Duke Bus every 30 minutes to Campus, several city bus lines to
everywhere
- 3rd floor, face to the south, with plenty of light
- $705/mo (Electronics and internet not include)
- Huge living room and bedroom, also suitable for the family living
- Big storage spaces and closets
- Most quiet community, majority are international family
- Free parking
- Kroger (supermarket) nearby (5 minutes driving distance, bus available)
Cons:
- Unfurnished
