快，对方并不容易做出及时的反应而发力反击，回球质量一般都有折扣，这就为你的下

如果快速又高，那他确实接不好，但这种情况控球不好的，自己失误就不少了， 这是
其一； 其二如果慢速较低的话，人家也flick回来啊，就等于你给人家一个这种球了。

我还是觉得如果给的够点条件，迅速旋起来比较安全，对方猛攻，反而容易出界，所以

flick, 打回去的球虽然有pace, 甚至很快，但还是在他们的 comfort zone, 接下来
两球你就该没戏了．
所以得往后退一两步，保持不紧张，keep 手腕loose, 尽量flick up, 把球拉起来．其
实打平击的这些人也很头痛topspin, 一旦你把上旋拉出来，两三球后他们的ＵＥ会增
加．

发帖数: 6757 | 7 先说说grip 吧 (图一). Federer的单反 grip 可以说是 classical 的full eastern
backhand grip, 而Wawrinka的 grip, 要从 full eastern backhand grip 朝
continental grip位置稍微移一点点 (我之前在另一个贴上提过, 不过说倒了, 现在纠
正一下)
他们两的准备动作都差不多(图二), 左手扶拍,右臂稍弯,怎个右肩都转了过来.
接下来就不同了, Federer racquet drop 后, 拍面会对back fence, 而Wawrinka 以及
其他单反的pros 拍面都对着side fence (图三). 这也是我认为Federe反手问题所在之
一, 其他pro 会拍路线基本是linear plane (let's call that plane y plane), 而
federer却得先从 x plane 拉到 y plane 在开始forward swing. 总结Federer多一个
motion, 丢了些time.

on the BH, what you are changing is right. i think the issue maybe that you
been pushing with your BH, thus your contact point is bit late (you can't
really push if contact is way in the front). So your brain has this contact
zone already registered. Now with full swing, and racquet butt point at the
ball, you need that flick, it is very difficult to flick with contact so
close to you, thus you feel you are late and jam all the time. Try some easy

"那种正手位一下子被人pull得非常wide的情况，
对方已经上网，不是鱼死就是网破的情况。"
唯一能说的就是keep your wrist really loose and keep your eye tracking the
ball... 什么dtl, reversal forehand... 可以说都是浮云。 真要被逼到“不是鱼死
就是网破的情况”的情况下， 你根本没机会打cross court, 如果能打cc, 对手又上网
， 那你该能打 cc topspin lob... 这种情况下基本就是靠手腕flick 或 slap一下。
。。 至于reverse forehand， 其实你已经被拉开了， you are reaching out to hit
the ball, 手臂的力很难用上， 所以只有放松顺着这个手腕的flick自然就是reverse
forehand了。 我打 reverse
fh 都不是 "intentional"的。 这和豆子的reverse forehand 不一样， 很多wsn想
copy， 但只是个型而已。

though... it's exact the reason I like to play these guys. Actually depth
isn't exactly the issue, it's more about flick through and hit every ball
clean every. Vs 4.5s even if i don't hit it as clean i can push it
relatively deep and 4.5s don't do much with it where at higher level
opponents will make me pay... i think some of short ball you saw was results
of getting punished lol

between the ATP and WTA FH. The key difference is really at contact maybe
you can count the finish and swing path. Everything you do before that is
make your contact easier or cleaner.
When your racquet passed the body plane, your swing path will have a bit of
arc, WTA FH. ATP FH is more compact and direct. This a bit of arc will make
the contact more easy for drive through(slap), but lose some flick topspin.

because he didn't have the acceleration on flicking through the ball.
However, in this drill he is suppose to be a wall and just "feed" ball back
to Roger. So he may just be "feeding" the ball back, or maybe Roger's balls
are too fast, that he couldn't catch early enough to do the flick, thus he
has to reserve to pull up to maintain control and consistency.... maybe a
bit of both. |

源我也不是很清楚， 不过该也不难测试-- 底线让人手喂球， 可以先来个只是flick的
， 再来个引拍+flick的。
我在此较劲的原因是因为这个所谓的"compact" swing. 多年前我也认为 swing+引拍都
应该是越 compact 越好（这其实没错）， 但我当时对这所谓的"compact" 认识不够，
导致走了不少弯路。 |

制球。 现在打发普遍是半西方握拍， lock 住手腕也是可以，但这样的上旋有限，打
出的windshield wiper 是慢慢（relative speaking) roll出来的。 手腕放松顺着拍
子的momentum flick 才能产生真正的加速度，windshield wiper是瞬间完成。 网上什
么lay back wrist, pat the dog 一类的东西都是为了这瞬间的flick. 这个对timing
要求高， timing 对，击球准， 这种打法是最轻松也是最不容易受伤的。 just

这其实也说明了所谓大众的一个倾向（我也不能免俗），就是说：
一般喜欢看电影看到要去打分的，都更推崇这类黑色题材的片，一方面是因为这种事
离自己的生活更远，所以更刺激，并且貌似更深刻；一方面也是因为有意无意的想要
避开所谓的chick flick。
不过这事妙就妙在，最后推出来的第一名，恰恰就是个真正的大chick flick，完全读
者故事会类型的那种。这大概就是所谓的群体潜意识。在一大堆不和谐的东西里，最后
