7:30/mi.
Total 19.64 miles in 2:37, avg 8:00/mi, avg HR 136. Honestly, it felt quite

Birch Bay is a small retirement town located at the US-Canada boarder on the
Pacific coast. Vancouver is on the north side of the bay. Victoria, the
capitol of BC, is on the southwest across the bay and small islands.
The race is a low profile local one, limited to 450 runners including 1/2
and full runners. It is usually not filled. It's organized by a local
athlete club.

的理论价值和现实意义。

1。首先我们要考虑雇主(俱乐部)的利益和考虑。有一个很有意思的问题大家可以讨
论,一个商业俱乐部生存的意义和价值到底是什么?是纯挣钱吗?我不同意,太多豪门
,非豪门俱乐部负债,甚至负重债经营了。而且有些俱乐部一不小心就在负债经营中悲
痛的死去了。那如果不完全是为了挣钱,他们是为了什么?
没有求证,但是印象中曼联现在负债7个多亿欧元经营。大家不觉得奇怪吗?为什么没
有债主要求破产保护呢?我觉得一个很重要的答案就是不能光看曼联的账面负债,而看
不到它巨大的无形价值。我敢说这部分价值远大于7亿欧元,所以债主们不急着追债,
总有人愿意提供给俱乐部refinancing.
2。既然如此,俱乐部请一个教练到底是为了什么呢?我觉得和第一个问题紧密联系的

groundstroke, I do feel radical will in fact have more
control. The reason is that using radical it’s much easier
to generate some topspin, you can really hit the ball hard;

to get any decent topspin on the ball, causing error
tolerance much lower...

are "topspin". The difference is at the angle the ball was hit and hence
the angle the ball lands. For topspin, usually you hit it upwards, the
trajectory is similar to lob. When it lands, it has a larger angle.
Therefore, when it bounces, it jumps high. If you hit a "topspin" flat, or
downward, you are likely to see a flatter trajectory. When it bounces, it
would not jump high, but fast and flat.

Mid court hitting, I think it is similar to Radical, but more forgiving.
