得不说，这也是“好”的制度，对于普通美国人来说，基本上程序上保障了他们的利益
，政客们也有摆得上台面的解释。
从移民局最近的动作看，也还不错。消化掉07大潮后，步伐明显加快。跟哪个国家的官
僚打交道，都得有耐心。何况，毕竟老美的国会、白宫和移民局都有渠道多多少少听些

差距和变化很大，具体地说就是差不多低温从-100到高温+100摄氏度的温差。
首先，我必须提醒大家一点，那就是这里提到月亮表面的从-100到高温+100摄氏度的温
差并不是说阿波罗使用的照相机的胶卷也达到了这样的温度，因为胶卷到了-50或+50摄
氏度恐怕就不能正常工作了。当然了，温度只是月亮表面恶劣环境的一部分，还有核辐
射也可以使胶卷曝光。

payment
is not made within fifteen days, XXX will be made available to others.
我寄出了一张支票，10天后收到信说还没收到。于是我又寄出了一张，周四寄出的，周
六收到邮件说他
们还是没收到我的支票，所以cancel掉了我的预定。
我觉得理论上说我的payment确实是在made with 15 days, 只是他们没收到而已。
虽然不是什么值钱重要的东西，只是花很多精力去预定什么的，搞成这样实在是很不爽
啊。
有没有人能介绍个律师函比较便宜的，帮我发一封律师函，恐吓一下就好，如果这都搞
不定我就放弃
