期了，一点消息都没有， 估计是出局了（现在有点怵电面了）。下周还有最后一个电
面，希望有经验的朋友能给我指点指点，这次电面的学校是我最最最想去的。希望真的
不要在电话面试出局。
个人情况：2010年8月开始在一个小学校（排名100+， 专业排名50+)的
engineering school做AP。 来了之后毕业2个博士，发了22篇journal articles（和学
生一起的，基本上是第二或者第三作者，都是通讯作者），拿了 ~$1.4M 的funding,一
半左右是federal的，另一半是公司及州内的。teaching evaluation 中等偏上。面试
的学校专业 ranking在20左右，系比较大一点，location比我现在的学校要好不少。
前2次关于这个问题的经历：

from very top schools like Harvard and MIT who were hired by investment
banks right after graduation. From what I heard, the starting salary is not

As for your question, you should find a CPA and get him/her to sort out all
your taxes before filing extension. If you have refund due that's great,
but if you owe taxes when you file extensions you need to send it a check to
avoid penalties. If you want I can recommend my CPA to you. He's very
experienced dealing with this sort of issues. Plus he's reliable and
charges very reasonably. |

卡。他的理由是最近几个月很多以EB2申请的案子都被audit,原因是marketing
research analyst 不需要硕士学位和多年的工作经验。
我是硕士毕业，专业是管理传播，在市场和媒体方面有至少6年的工作经验， 在美国有
将近2年经验。我目前在一家软件公司从事market research,当时面试的时候，他们说
至少要有4-5相关工作经验。而我从事的工作也确实不是本科生毕业就可以做的。
公司律师今天给我准备了job ad，准备在报纸上打广告。上面的写要求是本科毕业外加
1年的工作经验。我觉得这与事实完全不符。
急问下列问题：
1. 请问是否最近很多类似的案子被audit?
2. 如果被audit了，有希望被通过吗？
3. 如果EB2被拒，能否再fiel EB3？
4. 如果EB2被拒，能否在美国继续呆下去（我的H1还有5年）
5. 像我这种情况，如果file EB2, JOB AD 应该注意哪些方面？

最近audit的确多了些。不过这并不是你考虑eb2/eb3的理由，理由只有一个，eb2等
待或许还算可以忍耐，eb3的等待是彻底的绝望。
2. 如果被audit了，有希望被通过吗？
只要recruiting做的好，公司支持，关键是工资够高，问题不大。
3. 如果EB2被拒，能否再fiel EB3？
当然可以
4. 如果EB2被拒，能否在美国继续呆下去（我的H1还有5年）
可以
5. 像我这种情况，如果file EB2, JOB AD 应该注意哪些方面？
目前形式下只能和公司摊牌，eb3不是选择，要办就办eb2. 是eb2还是eb3和你本身
条件没有直接关系，是要看广告要求（当然你要满足这些要求），只要是master(无论
工作经验长短）就都肯定是eb2.
我也不了解你们行业，不过看title,我觉的你这种情况要求master+1yr(或者0year)
是完全合理的。当然你们公司要pay你pay的够高。
一定要阻止律师把eb3广告贴出去(eb3宁肯不办)，一旦贴出去，钱都花了，再回旋
的希望就小多了 |
