我有个401K fidelity的帐号。现在发现fidelity的android app在我的新平板上安装不
了。我这个平板是Lenovo的，现在也是唯一一个在这个平板上安装不了的我想要的APP
。其他的卷商的APP都能安装
我还想买个中国的山寨手机，因为便宜很多，担心这个fidelity app又安装不了

我现在有想换brokerage的想法。我这个401K是老帐号，可以roll over，最后弄到 TD
Ameritrade的帐号操作
如果出了app还有其他好处的话，我就想换了。
板上的大牛能不能提提意见，我到底要不要roll over把钱全部转到新帐号里去？

感。
Fidelity的问题出在它家的盘后和盘前交易上。用TDAmeritrade的时候，下单是可以说
我这个单子不管盘中还是盘后盘前，合适了就执行。而Fidelity则要你分别下单，而且
盘后盘前必须在extended hours里面下单。这样就麻烦了。比如我有100股ABCD要卖，
用的盘中GTC。等收盘后，改主意要盘后卖，你必须先取消已有的盘中的GTC单子，然后
才能下盘后的卖单。而且头天晚上是不能下盘前的单子的，必须等到第二天早上盘前交
易时间才能下单。这样让我们西岸的人哭死了。
目前TD是最好的选择，但是稍微有点贵。 |

=》不会。
还有从chase checking电子转账过来，chase收费吗？Fidelity说may apply...
=》不会。如果Chase收费，你可以从Fidelity Cash Management => Transfer Cash
从Fidelity这边initiate电子转账，就不需要费用了，时间1-3个工作日。
但margin账户会立即反应出来。
不明白的话，就想想你用支票银行会收费吗？ |

同一时间下单，价格和IB差了很多，少则几分，做多一次1毛。
fidelity成交route很差，以成交优先，先看到一个available，马上成交，然后继续
route，有优先价再price improvement。交易单可以看到，但是这featuremarket
order不算
IB走3-4市场同时route，花20块不到直接最优价。你玩option还有floor价。
对于单笔交易不超过2万的散户，IB更优。对于几千块的长线初级玩家，fidelity更优
，route在那个时候就不重要了 |

后没有任何有效建议，就说他们那边看着一切正常，让再试试。再取还是被拒。换
charles schwab（以下简称cs）的卡，没问题。
后来到西班牙、葡萄牙市区，街边银行取现，两张卡都没问题。
在德国法兰克福机场，取现被拒。换cs的，没问题。
在东欧某城市某银行，取现被拒，换cs的，也被拒。后来有人提醒说那家银行ATM只有
mastercard标志，他用capital one的ATM可以取，因为是mastercard的。
换街不远处第二家银行，确定有visa标志的ATM，取现被拒。换cs的卡，没问题。
小结一下：cs卡比fidelity卡可靠多了。cs能取的，fidelity取不了；cs取不了的，
fidelity也取不了。 |

For Ally, it doesn't charge; For Fidelity, charge first then reimburse.
And both of them no transaction fee, correct?
What about the Ally rate?

过现金，从没出过问题。
回国之前通知Fidelity也不是必须的，我没通知的时候也没遇到问题。 |

I suggest you put new contributions to a new 403(b) account in Vanguard, and

于fund的选择就很头大了，本身不是做investment的，也没很多时间去学，只希望稳妥
一些。fidelity的人推荐freedom 2040，说是没有transaction fee，也比较适合我们
。不知道有没有人选这支。看上去这个fund的equity占很大比重，不知道会不会太
risky了。 另外希望有好心人推荐它家别的表现不错的fund，谢谢了`~~~ |

in addition, if there's run, it's even better as it must be a panic time
when u should be greedy instead of fearful.
for those big etf's ivv or iwm in fidelity, the spread is very small.
fidelity's free etf's are even better. they are from ishare, one of the
biggest etf players. schwab and vanguard etf are not that popular. |
