more than 10%. 30 yrs you need to have 20% down to avoid that.
I have locked down 4.25% 15 yrs. No loan origination fee, no broker fee, no
underwritting fee, $223,850 loan with $3850 PMI added in (otherwise $220,000
), total montly payment (1683.98+200 tax + 50 insurance) $1933.98. Total
closing cost $4,800.

fixtures, window coverings, faucets and the whole kitchen (including
cabinets, sink and all appliances).
So there will be a problem to get a loan for a house without kitchen. The
solution could be cash offer or using FHA 203K loan. The latter is the
only choice for me. Anybody has experiences on this 203K loan? Will it be
too much hassle and much higher cost? The lender said $35000 203K loan is
required.

你才 20 几万贷款，多拿 10% 也就 2 万多点。
FHA closing 有 2.25% 的 UPMIP， 每年还有 0.5% mortgage insurance， 要交 5 年。
真不如咬咬牙，付 20% 好了。 |

你就不错了别挑三拣四的了。。。。唉，真是头大呀。。。而且如果我REFI的话，那个
FHA UPMIP不是白花了吗？那个是要跟到LOAN里的，意思就是我本来只贷245000的话现
在要变成250000了，这个问题怎么解决呢？如果REFI的话这个钱也是要还的呀。。。。 |

6 个月后refinance，会退给你大概 2/3 的 UPMIP， 就是 3500 左右。
还有就是我在这里说过很多次了，FHA loan refi 的时候，一定要月底 close。 |

我现在还是H１B的状态，因为我刚换工作，所以手里的７９７还是上个雇主的，现在新
的还没有下来。今天去了BOA，银行找我要VISA材料，但是我只有以前雇主的７９７表
，没有新雇主的。是不是所有的银行对于H１B都需要那些材料啊？
有没有不需要的？或者其他办法可以解决的。
