开始关心绿卡的事情是在生完宝宝后的产假期间，但是之后忙着改文章发文章换工作杂
七杂八就耽搁了一年多，直到去年年底，开始正式累计审稿，到版上来看贴学习，收藏
各种模版，还曾经用伪币买过crazydog的package :-)。今年三月底开始搜集推荐人人
选，四月上旬四处发信问询并最终确定人选，五个推荐人，包括两个全独立推荐人(一
美国院士老先生，一欧洲), 一个同单位的独立推荐人，现任老板和博士老板。五月开
始写推荐信草稿，到六月中旬基本完工，但没有发给推荐人，接着开始着手petition
letter。七月完成authorship 部分，同时相应的修改推荐信。八月中旬，petition
letter 基本完成，推荐信draft发给推荐人，四封一周内收回，另外那封院士老先生的
，要求重新写，说有太多吹捧之词，于是删除所有赞美之辞，改用平实的叙述性语言，
加强事实部分，老先生对这一版很满意，很快就sign并寄出。八月最后一周，集中整理

paper fastener在staple也有卖的
不过哪里的fastener都是尺码比较小的
你如果有3百页以上，可能要买超长的那种（我在amazon买的）

我自己制造了一个stupid ， 我带着小的儿子，去接大一点儿的姐姐，把车停在家门口
，习惯性的打开车门，看了一下第二天的日程表，没注意到小的一下车回到家，当我一
抬头没看到小的立马开车又去学校找，有立马再开回家，发现小的一个站在门口哭。

装饰都在一张大的POSTER PAPER上，排列起来，长长的一条，有点象教室：) 但是每一
张上面的内容还是很活泼的。而且在制作过程中，让我对明暗关系有了比较深的体会，
素描书上讲述的明暗对比灰色地带什么的，终於没有那么生涩了：)
以下是完成后的样子
我使用的材料是POSTER PAPER，彩色打印纸，彩色PERMANENT MARKER，剪刀，美工刀，
胶棒，glitter glue pen, self stick reclosable fastener，FOAM BOARD。

我见识短，今天一听人说俱乐部版主没人能管，一下子火大。
被人无缘无故背后败坏，难道还真没说理的地方了？
我不想点这个俱乐部的名字，那个版上的人是好的，就是

我注册不久，并没有别的马甲，和这里的ID私下里也不认识。然后发现一个版经常贴一
些菜谱出来，就这样打印了一些菜谱，那个版上有一个MSN群聊，正巧菜谱上有些看不
明白就加了进去，刚好那个版上的版三在线，很热心地解答我的问题。想着有这样热心
的版三，加入一下也不错。递了一份加入申请。
差不多一个礼拜以后，斑竹Fasten也没有回音，可这时msn上我已经和那个版上的成员

螺钉孔的尺寸用5还是pilot hole的尺寸？
另一个part上clearance hole和螺纹孔之间加assembly operation的时候
是否要选float和fastener?
如果选了float 和 fastener是否还需要把螺纹用pin feature来model一下再加

Define proper torque value. Over torque will break the fastener, under
torque will introduce higher fatigue failure chances in vibration
Choose fastener/nuts materials without causing corrosion problems of the
parent material.
Avoid machining sharp corners of stress concentration

well, the government should educate people to fasten their seat-belt; stop
them from using cell phones when driving; enforce the safety devices inside
each car; etc.
with these steps, although there will always be traffic accidents, the

on everything though. The war really did not come to the end until Lee
surrendered although Sherman, Sheridan and Grant's total war policy fasten
that considerably.
As you commented, the defense in American Civil War has the advantages and
leads to inconclusive battles and large casualties. Why it is not that a
significant factor in the Prussia-Franko war?

基本没有反攻北方联邦的能力。但是北方联邦如果只采用正面强攻，Robert E. Lee
可以坚守到北方联邦厌战，Lincoln 下台，然后就有机会谈判。而在Sherman 成功攻占
Atlanta 并横扫南方联盟腹地后，虽然Lee 没有立刻投降，但是他的部队已经由于缺乏
补给和人心涣散而濒临崩溃。因此Bevin Alexander 评价Sherman 为the general who
won the civil war 。
普法战争中普军主要是依靠运动战创造合围法军的机会，而不是靠正面强攻法军阵地获
得胜利的。拿破仑三世在色当要塞投降的主要原因也是因为被普军合围后，法军骑兵无
法突围，这其实反映了普军的阵地防御力可以抵御法军的冲锋。
