切瓷砖跟切韭菜似的 -- I use the continuous rim diamond on my QEP XT60 wet
saw and it cuts edge-to-edge lines perfectly. But no luck so far using it on
an angle grinder to cut an outlet hole in middle of a tile. Last time I
tried it, I cracked the tile within seconds. I guess the problem is I didn't
fasten the tile on a work bench, so once the blade hits its surface the
tile starts bouncing before it breaks. |

宽的板子夏天可能比冬天要宽个1/4寸。这样几个cycle下来，桌面可能就会开裂。做实
木家具一个很重要的考虑就是wood movement，任何一个宽点的板子都不能固定死，一
定要留活动的空间。桌子应该是先把base做好，在把桌面用tabletop fastener夹上去
。用螺丝的话，应该加washer让螺丝可以滑动。 |

Screws are brittle and can't withstand the stress of a shear loaded joint,
so use of nails is necessary simply because screws will fail in that
application (and are required by building code).
The only proper fastener besides a nail would be a bolt - and that would
take even longer (and cost far more) than driving a framing nail.
And just like woodchips said above, speed/cost is a big factor - I can drive

这次多加图片。。。
后院的deck年久失修，全部换成composite decking。
第一次做，一个人，有效时间大约120-140小时，包括拆除，安装还有inspection。总
计花费$4,500，包括所有材料，工具，还有tax，垃圾费等等。
用的是trex enhance decking boards + fiberon PVC composite railing + lowes(?)
composite lattice。用的是kreg deck jig hidden fastener，相当的耗用，表面看
不到钉子。预留了floor LED lighting的走线，方便下次升级outdoor lighting.
还好deck的post / beam是好的，省了很多工时。自己多打了几个桩。
丢信息
首先，要买10% off coupon，HD和lowes的都要。然后再买gift card，也大概有10%

我的产经，回馈宝宝版。写的有点啰嗦，那天的每分每秒都是我想纪录一辈子的回忆，

整个孕期，可以说是顺利，也可以说不顺利。 说顺利，从备孕到早孕到生产宝宝的状
况一直很健康很稳定，从来没有见红、宫缩的问题，也没有尿频、糖尿那些孕妇常见的
问题。 说不顺利，我在怀孕中晚期爆发了PUPPP（妊娠皮疹），发了次烧，还有特别严
重的水肿。这几个问题搞的我相当痛苦。但是用我ob的话来说，这些问题都是在折磨我
，对宝宝的健康倒是一点威胁都没有。 因为这些毛病，我还吃了一系列的药，包括抗
生素、过敏药、退烧药、外敷类固醇都用上了。还喝了一大堆的凉茶、退烧药。说起来
这些清凉的东西都会滑胎的，但是对我和我的宝宝来说好像一点问题都没有。好像我们
的bound特别紧，以至于最后过了预产期他也不肯出来，一定要催产才行。
催产前晚，我和老公都特别激动。一是我不得不放弃最后几天自然催产的努力，接受要
催产这个事实。宝宝38周开一指，39、40周开两指后就再也没任何动静了，整个孕期我
