仲裁庭发布裁决
今日，根据《联合国海洋法公约》(“《公约》”)附件七组成的仲裁庭就菲律宾共和国
对中华人民共和国提起的仲裁案作出了一致裁决。
该仲裁案涉及在南海的历史性权利的作用和海洋权利的渊源、某些岛礁的地位及其能够
产生的海洋权利，以及菲律宾声称违反了《公约》的中国某些行为的合法性问题。考虑
到《公约》对强制争端解决的限制性规定，仲裁庭强调，它既不对任何涉及陆地领土主
权的问题进行裁决，也不划定当事双方之间的任何边界。
中国反复申明“其不接受、不参与由菲律宾单方面提起的仲裁”。然而，《公约》附件
七规定，“争端一方缺席或不对案件进行辩护，应不妨碍程序的进行”。附件七同时规

近是我大爱的烘焙博主，自从在君之的博客上看多了广告贴之后，越来越不喜欢他的风
格，妍色的点心都很精致，虽然略有繁琐，但是最后的味道证明一切的辛苦都是值得的
。这款点心就来自妍色的博客。塔一共由4个部分组成，每个部分都要单独做，除了塔
皮稍有难度外，其余的部分都不难，只是一个步骤一个步骤地做比较繁琐罢了。配方基
本遵照妍色的，稍微加了一点点杏仁香精，主要考虑到美国杏仁粉没有杏仁味道。

举一个今天我发觉的阿三的包装简历为例，它实际经验美国学习9个月美国工作0个月本
国实习3个月，但是简历写得好于是HR发给我看，而且在github上像模像样搞了一个项
目，把别人的很复杂的代码拷贝过来，每隔一两周加一两个无关文件，看起来很厉害，

anesthesia. Either way works, since her/his sister is the dentist in China, it
is probably pretty flexible for how many teeth to extract at one time. But one
thing is for sure, they won't use general anesthesia, that means the patient
will get several pokes.

加州宝贝官网上说他们以前的供货商不肯去拿nop认证，于是他们自己来萃取，发现延
长时间以后浓度加大了。所以现在的浓度反倒比以前的高。但是好多妈妈依然反应新版
不如老版。如果确实是这样，唯一的可能就是两种萃取方法的选择性不同，原来的虽然
浓度低，但是有效成分比较高。或者后一种方法浓度高，但是有效成分相对低。或者后
一种方法萃取出了有相反效果的成分。总之算是个糊涂账，因为本来这个研究也不是十
分细致。
我们家发现如果湿疹初起，这个CALENDULA CREAM效果不明显。最近反倒是发现如果是
后期湿疹已经受到控制，用这个来改善皮肤质量效果相当好。
另外价钱的问题，我今天发现如果在drugstore.com上买两瓶4oz的，价钱降到了17块多
一瓶（单价22），这个只比2oz的贵一点，我觉得价钱算不错的了。刚刚下了订单。

阿三简历包装和相关技术令人发指，所有网上材料都是包装
举一个今天我发觉的阿三的包装简历为例，它实际经验美国学习9个月美国工作0个月本
国实习3个月，但是简历写得好于是HR发给我看，而且在github上像模像样搞了一个项
目，把别人的很复杂的代码拷贝过来，每隔一两周加一两个无关文件，看起来很厉害，
实际上什么也没做。但是这个很容易糊弄HR和没时间的经理。另外还在阿三国参加假的
高科技公司实际是一个培训公司，然后在美国某些创投网站上发布自己的一个假的公司
，自己作为唯一员工，开发机器人技术，实际上都是骗人的。

发帖数: 86 | 43 最近刚开始做EMSA，我用的是Pierce的Lightshift kit. 多次实验都只看到
nonspecifec binding（不能被unlabeled oligo竞争掉）。我发现一个原因可能是
binding reaction里盐浓度过高，因为kit提供的binding buffer（10*）含有500mM
KCl,而我的nuclear extract最后是由high salt buffer提取的，F.C.225mM NaCl。于
是我省略了binding buffer，把最后的NaCl浓度调整在50-75mM，得到了一条specific
的binding，但是非常弱。
问题1. 我看到的paper和protocol都使有类似的binding buffer，而且也用类似方法提
取核蛋白，好像并不考虑nuclear extract里的盐浓度，事实上这个浓度很高。但是，
我的几个sample extract蛋白浓度不同，加入同样多的蛋白的话最终盐浓度就会不同。
大家怎么解决这个问题？透析又怕蛋白容易降解。

好的cell extract 和10ul in vitro transcription/translation的蛋白混合，37度
反应， 到4小时都没大变化
我现在不知道哪个因素是比较重要的？我这个条件是cell extract 不够么？ cell
extract 里面要加些SDS NP40什么的吗？（有的protocol不加）。还有的说in vitro
transcription/translation的蛋白要新鲜，这个很重要么？ |
