I own a bunch of MP3 players including iAudio, iRiver, Creative, iPod, RCA, Sandisk.
Everytime when I won a nice battle in the stock market, I bought a MP3
player. Bad habbit.
Sound quality wise, iAudio, iRiver, Creative are the top 3.
Generally speaking, iAudio is No.1, followed by iRiver and Creative. However
, sound quality varies even under the same brand umbrella. For example,
iRiver 180/190's sound performance is excellent (it's a legend and classic)

of this experiment is to simply rely on the available numbers to test this
strategy.
Sometimes I feel there are too many traders, not long-term value investors
on this board. When one buy a stock, he/she should be ready to hold them for
years unless fundamentals have changed. |

I count the days, F1 and OPT more than 183 days in the last year and I have
stayed in US for more than 5 years, do that mean I should fill tax form as a
resident, and I have to submit two state tax and one Federal tax?

I knew from the HR that the university I am working for is e-varified.
She asked me to fill my I-9 and other forms.
My EAD for my OPT start Sep. 1st.
She informed the department the next day that right now the university
couldn't hire me pending e-varify procedure.
Any one with E-varify experience please tell me how long did you wait for
this

140终于批了！先申明，是披了马甲上来的，原因就不多说了。先前在版上求过祝福，
一定汇报经验回馈本版。
首先感谢大家在版上知无不言，言无不尽的互助精神，再次一定要感谢laoda555。在我
还对Eb1没有什么概念的情况下不厌其烦的跟我解释，对于我的叨扰，也是在第一时间
就给予热情而且详尽的答复。太感谢了。。。
一般的经验，我就不多说了，说说我自己的几点体会：
1.请不请律师？EB1b自己说了不算，一定要先跟自己的学校或者公司谈好条件再进行下
一步的计划。EB1a就完全不同，当然是自己说了算。另外，我认为如果自己可以请到工
作认真负责的律师，还是请律师比较好一些。这就跟熟练工一样，他做起来比自己DIY
要省时省力，效果也好。但你如果时间多的不得了，正好可以有事可做或者没有做好
research，请到
了无良律师那就另说了。

them again. I was told that my background hadn't started yet since my
fingerprint expired or lost. I would receive the notice to redo fingerprint
in 60 days.
I can't believed that! I did FP on May 18. FBI told me that my FP had been
transferred to USCIS in 24 hours which has been confirmed by USCIS that they
received my FP on May 21 based on the information they told me last Friday.
