可是税前收入多了5000，我的情况是多出来的税比600还多。

usually you have certain amount of cap for new eyeglasses per year. if you
expend more than the cap you are responsible for the extra costs.
eye exam should be cheap. i think most companies provide free eye exam per
year once.
a good frame could cost 150 dollars. ultra light lenses could cost 130
dollars. usually i go for sears for its nice choices. I dont like glass craft.

law in March 2010) expends medicaid access to adult without children with
INCOME up to 133% proverty level. So byebye asset test, only need to pass
the income test.
so if someone has a million dollar house and get monthly living expense,
from a "rich" child or from a secrate bank account in China, can qualify for
Medicaid?
Also the act also encourage employer to provide medicare insurance for

来对付你。如果组员构成没有梯次，那么有时候新陈代谢是不可避免的。对倚老卖老，
不出活，高人工的养老派不能手软。要让少壮派看到上升的希望。工作上，让team
member适当的cross training，不要谁做什么就永远做什么，尽量不要让某个人把持关
键技术/工具，这样一段时间后，就没有谁是不expendable的了。
你这个好在是大老板亲点的，多少会对你比较support。最怕的是上面下面都不亲，受
夹板气，被架空。
要做manager就不要怕“人斗”。大事上多请教上级，follow company policy，使用非
常规手段时尽量多口述，不要email留下把柄。
过一段记得回来share经验教训。 |

有积极回信
前两天 又发了一圈 按照网页上editorial board 上面全面骚扰 发了12封 6个人积极
回信 已经有两个审稿邀请 加上上周跟国内一认识老师要的一篇 十天搞了3篇了 还算
不错
经验总结如下：
1 不要嫌杂志破 if越低的要到审稿的机会越大 当然稿子就越烂 看着吐得就更厉害 不
过就先追求数量吧
2 脸皮要厚 不管认不认识人 先骚扰一圈再说 最差就是被当垃圾邮件处理 给几个开会
都见过聊过的人发的信都没反应
3 我要审稿的email给大家参考

现在有一个问题，我们和律师签的合约是办I 140和 485。 其中 140 分三次交钱，
485拿到后再交一次钱。
办 I -140期间发现律师不是很负责，除了要钱其他都很拖拉，而且准备的材料错误
百出，连名字和性别都会搞错，来来回回拖了很久才把材料准备好
，所以不太想跟他打交道了。 提交 I140之前，问律师说，我们想自己办485，后面485
的钱是不是就不用交了，他口头同意了。
1-140批下来以后，去给律师送 I-140尾款的时候，又提了一遍这个事，这次律师说不
行，我们可以自己办，不过钱也要照付，因为合同里包括了485的款项, 不管我们要不
要他准备 485，都要把 485 过后的那笔钱给他。
回来仔细看了一下合约，
I -140 办材料前交一次，递交之前交一次，approve后交一次
485 approve 后交一次
貌似 485那笔钱并没有写清楚是不是要帮我们办 485，只是 approve了就交
不过我们的 aggrement里有一句话

给延长到绿卡排期为止，Stem就不占H1了？那要F1可以有移民倾向才行。
给的不是OPT，直接发EAD？那岂不是可以随便就不干Stem了？

2. Foundation周围的土经过长期沉淀，已经捣实了，实际上对water形成了一种
resistence.你现在又花钱挖松了，放回去后，成了一个吸水海绵了。 make seepage
worse
所以，最好的办法还是从屋里面弄。
找的有经验的师傅，把pipe周围收拾好，往里面大 hydraulic cement . expendable. |

发帖数: 88 | 31 绿灯行驶过一个路口时，被一辆闯红灯的车给撞了（对方是个劳墨）。计我们双方的速
度都在40多mile。双方的车都报废了。我左腿膝盖内侧有巴掌那么大的一大块淤清并且
还有点肿，当时有一点pain的感觉， 今天不碰它基本上不痛了。胸口在心窝以上的肋
骨（有大包子那么大的一块面积吧）当时有一些pain的感觉，今天似乎好了点， 用手
压这块肋骨会有痛感，不压几乎感觉都到了，不知道这是不是在离心力甩的过程中，这
块肋骨被安全带压到了。副驾上的人身体的右边（肩膀，大腿右侧，屁股）有酸痛的感
觉。去了一个大医院的ER做了一些检查。做了X光胸透，肋骨没有什么问题。也做了膝
盖肿的地方， 也没什么问题。 还做了一个似乎是心电图似的东西，说心脏也没什么问
题（因为我说心窝上那一块肋骨有痛感）。还有就是问有没有头晕头痛和dizzy的感觉
什么的。结果就给我们开了止痛药，把我们打发回家了。警察给我police report 时，
说report 上有一个witness 证明我们是绿灯。
身边的好多朋友建议我找一个律师要一些身体和心理上的补偿。 google 了附近的一些
