我自己负责后面所有的费用，加起来杂七杂八的一万块左右
我记得我前一个140没让我出钱（除了140PP的费用），这回这个是什么情况
都有点不想办了 |

fee
is normally paid by the employer. 485 fees can be paid by either the
employer or

根据合同，公司出打广告的钱，我出file PERM的钱，我出file 140的钱（485还早先不
提），这两项律师费加起来就5800，还不算申请费和PP费

PERM准备阶段我要出一笔钱，而且必须在一切工作开始之前交，但是名曰140/485
positioning fee，看起来跟PERM没有一点关系

incentive or inducement to filing labor certification applications, and from
recouping costs, including attorney’s fees, they expended while preparing
for and filing an application. Petitioning employers are no longer permitted
to transfer the costs incurred directly to the alien. Likewise, they cannot
indirectly obtain reimbursement by way of deducting costs from the alien’s
wages or benefits. The employer and alien must each pay their own attorney
’s fees.
