你需要EAD工作,不然工作就丢了.
让他们帮你OPEN EXPEDIATE SERVICE REQUEST.
L1应该就可以做了,如果不行,让他们转L2.
应该能加急.至于什么时候下来就不知道.不象AP,可以去LOCAL办. |

My suggestion is: wait till Jun to file your EB2 485 if the cut-off date
moves beyond your PD. In the future (maybe next FY), when EB3 moves faster
than EB2 AND goes to 12.11 again, if your EB3 140 is still pending, file PP.
It will expediate your 485 case. At current time, and in the next 2-3
months, leave your EB3 140 as it is. It is not all bad to leave it pending. |

card.
If you need expediate processing, you have to meet the USCIS criteria (see
the link below). If USCIS accepts the expedite request, you can get the EAD
cards in 2-3 weeks.

黑白相互颠倒。但是有一点双方都力图模糊和回避，那就是千千万万的藏人在六十年代

领者”毛泽东的狂热追随者。现在，对中国当局而言，那段历史是它自己发动又被自己
否定了的一场“浩劫”，希望世人 “淡忘”；对当事的藏人来讲，则是耻辱的苦果，
同样不想再提，或是用“汉人所逼”抹平内心的负罪感。而对于外界的中共批评者，因

cost 30-yr mortgage loan，我想也是版上大部分人的自然选择。顺便说下买房时机很
不好，自从我买了房子，房价上涨就开始下降了。。。
1月初，一个跟差不多一起买房的背景类似的同事跟我谈起他在refinance，利率只有3
点几，我就心动了。先给买房的mortgage broker打，结果告知能拿到4.0%，问了一下
同事用的loan officer（一个local community bank，也是我最终选择做refinance

orlando)。昨天晚上在网上研究了一把，发现有个小trick，就是去expedia定它的
vacation package，包括flight/hotel/car rental，但是不要全部住它的hotel，只要
住一天就好。这样租车费就会很便宜。
举我的例子：要是飞orlando，俩人，飞机票 $350+, 租车$450+，七天hotel $300+，
就$1100＋了。要是定七天的package，package也要$900＋，而且还只能在一个地方呆
着。但是按照我上面说的方法，飞机票＋租车＋1天hotel = $510，然后再加六天hotel
按$300算，也才$800，而且可以自己找便宜地方住，还有自由。
不过到miami的package比到orlando的package贵80块钱，所以我就定到orlando了，准
备下午到那里然后直接开到miami，在miami玩一圈再回orlando，然后再回家。呵呵，
都是穷才惹得祸啊...
我觉得这是我能找到的最好的deal了，我已经在expedi |

昨天听到有言论说是年轻人没有结婚的条件比如是没有房子云云，初听惊讶，但后来一
想，又好像是现在很多人的想法。什么时候开始我们要“一切稳定下来”才能想结婚的
事情呢？要有房子，工作，身份等，好像结了婚就会阻碍了实现这些目标似的。或者是
有更大的追求，无论是怕家庭生活分心还是隐约觉得眼前人并配不上将来的自己，总之
，年轻人不大想commit。
但很多时候并不需要怕的，我有幸认识一些比较年长的朋友，都是20多年前只拎着两只
箱子，几百美金来美国的，有些是算着能不能熬到第一次发TA人工。很多人都是穷学生
的时候结婚，结婚前身无长物，结婚戒指也是省下来几十元邮购的。但现在大家都身份
无忧，生活安定，子女很多都上精英大学了。回忆起来并不是没有风雨，但一般人都是
兵来将挡，都能熬过去的。而且，很多人回忆起来，就是恰恰是因为有这家庭责任，能
够给他们无比的勇气熬过去的。可能是单身的话就会放弃回国了（当然，也未必不好）
。他们周围认识的，也没有因为有家庭负累而太潦倒落魄的人。
而至于很大的追求，年轻人有锐气是好事情。这个锐气并不是为了你真的可以爬的多高
