time, it should be fine since it only give you a slot for interview. the
decision depends on your application
package rather than the information you gave me to make an appointment. As
long as you can enter the
consulate and do the interview, i guess it should be fine but i myself haven
't execute this yet.

expediate visa interview. provide reasons.
and request to change to another date that is available for you
3) you can do fax too, with your school's letter
if you are lucky, you should be able to get the date you want. consulate
will reply within 5-7 business days if
you fill out online form. I probably will get faster response if you fax.

post here..), I think, but similar to yours. I feel extremely lucky they
approved my 140 after 6 months without any REs. I think: 1. When you have a
comparatively weaker case, you have to have a really well-written petition
letter and organized materials. You are the only person who knows your work.

我曾经因为父亲生病机票改期，后来把改期费要回来了，用的就是住院记录。航空公司
都没要我翻译，直接fax过去了。移民局的应该是得翻译吧。 |

我是2月份收到EB1B140的approval的，以下是我们485的timeline：
5/9/2011 submitted both my and my wife's 485 case to NSC
8/2/2011 received RFE requesting evidence
8/30/2011 submitted RFE response
9/13/2011 both cases transferred to national benefit center
9/20/2011 both case transferred to TSC
我们俩在去年的7月和8月收到了AP和EAD，除此之外至今还没有其他的消息。去年10月
份的时候律师帮着联系做了一次SR，11月初收到消息说60天内有消息。11月底以
financial loss为理由做了第二次SR要求expediate processing结果TSC认为理由不够
充分。今年1月初的时候收到第一次SR的回复说让我们再等30到60天。期间找了两位议

485case拖的很长，前后将近11个月。后面会提到原因，先发timeline.
2/4/2011 我的140批准（Eb1b）
5/9/2011 LP和我一起提交485申请到NSC
8/2/2011 收到485RFE要求提交证明婚姻真实性的证明
8/30/2011 提交RFE材料到NSC
9/13/2011 485被转到National Benefit Center
9/20/2011 485又被转到TSC
自此之后杳无音信，做过四次service request，其中包括一次以financial loss为理
由expediate service request但被认为理由不充分。联系过两个议员的办公室，其中
一位帮助很大，直接替我们和tsc联系。直到今天收到邮件告知485批准。
我们的485拖这么久的原因主要是因为我们结婚不到一个月就一起提交485了，而且在当
时我们还在两个不同的城市，所以485表是两个地址，所以我们的485一开始被转到了

AP/EAD的expediate是自己找个合适的理由，比如着急用卡或有急事出国等等，通过
infopass等途径来申请加急的。当然能否被IO买账还得看运气或RP。

因为3个星期后就失业了。。电话service request了EAD expedite request.今早收到
邮件说要补材料，但是没有写明要补什么材料。打电话去USCIS，他们说要补evidence
to support EAD expedite request. 之前打电话的时候选了1. severe financial
loss,现在要补材料的话就是公司出证明要把我解雇？申请的时候是EB1A，如果出这个
证明不就证明我要失去工作了？会不会引发485 RFE？其实RD 是7.7. 都超过两个月了
，也不知道为什么还没批下来。

损失或者亲人变故等，后来申请expediated AP(联系议员， 用了三个月），供参考。 |

08年提前120天申请EAD，是在TSC，在1个月内顺利批准，批准日期不是接着前一张卡的
结束日期，结果白白浪费两个月的时间。
所以今年并没那么积极，而是在6月初，离过期还有90天时，将申请按instruction上的
说明寄往Dallas，可不曾想，申请却被转到NSC。而且这次Cash后的支票背面并不像以
往那样有Case number。
在申请寄出大概10天，收到Receipt Notice，之后也就没大在意。在Case Pending大约
20天左右，也就是6月底时，第一次看到Soft LUD。
之后也没在意，结果到了7月底还没见任何动静时，开始到trackitt.com上看别人的
Case，这时才发现原来今年NSC是出奇的慢。很多人抱怨说卡过期了，新卡都没下来。
这时我也开始着急了，因为旧卡是8月底过期。开始到处查询如何加速申请。结果发现
如果Pending不到75天，很多Expediate request都会被拒。而我实在也等不及了，在
pending 70天时打电话要求加速申请，碰到一个nice的客服，也给我file了 |

说起来也是煎熬。
9/1看看没戏，9/2就按版上的兄弟提供的instruction做了SR，给了个reference#。剩
下的就是等待。
9/3 EAD expired, 之前要求expediate EAD renewal application也被拒绝。9/4开始
通知被taken off payroll了。
天天看到大家报喜，理智上知道快了，就是等不到。急呀。不过在恭喜大家绿了的同时
也吃了几个大包子。
9/8有骚扰fax给congressman，今天followup，办公室的staff说没收到，让我再发一个
给他personal使用的fax machine。又发了一遍，1小时后follow up，传真是收到了，
但办公室内专门和FEDERAL AGENT联系的staff 病了没来，明天上班后会处理。没等他
明天上班，晚上就收到EMAIL了。
现有现金：321.37 (可用：319.67)，发完为止。另外，一祝排期到的兄弟姐妹早日批
准；二祝排期大幅前进，排期没到的同学很快就排到。

1/12 my wife talked to the father of one of our daughter's best friends in
school while they were helping school acitvities. The father who is a local

1/14 a lady from congrssman office called USCIS, told our care was enroute
to an officer.
