就如实说你说过的症状“喘不过气”“血压高”，就这2项就够了。complain "
shortness of breath on exertion" etc. 你说得是实话，又不是撒谎。
血压高最易导致冠心病。
冠心病的典型症状是气喘，或胸痛，或易疲倦等。但很多女性症状不典型。已有了气喘
，一定要去看急诊。排除一下冠心病。如确有冠状大的动脉堵塞如需手术，他们会马上
送你妈去cath lab做造影，如需支架，就会放上的。这样你妈如需急诊手术的话，就大
可能是免费的。何不享受一下资本主义的优越性呢？

了。一直服用降压药，控制稳定。
三天前因为牙疼引起血压升高，高压180. 加量一片降压药就好了。但几天来，断断续
续血压不稳。例如正在吃饭，突然感到气短，脸发热，就往床上躺。此时量血压，就升
到160左右。一会就好了。
我昨天联系了很多医生，都不肯接收cash payment的病人。只好带妈妈去了urgent
care. 结果那里的医生只开了治牙的抗生素(虽然牙现在已经不疼了），明确告诉我高
血压不是urgent care 的
business. 如果血压再高，就去急诊。付了150元诊费，连evaluate一下现在的降压药
是否合理都不肯。
来版上询问好心人，我妈妈这种情况是否严重，还有什么办法吗？她现在大部分时间血
压还是正常的，估计到急诊也不接收的。
