件和所谓的排华法案拉扯到一起，好像美国真发生了什么惊天动地，荷枪实弹驱赶中国
人的事一样。
中国人来到美国最早可以追溯到1838年前后，都是单个广东一带的男小伙经香港广州什
么的坐船闯荡过来打工的。 后来，随着蒸汽机的发明和美国铁路事业的发展，中国人
被猎头们招聘过来修铁路，开采矿山和种地。那时候，来的都是男的，年轻的，体力好
的。这些人很多在国内都结了婚，后来一些也就被搬运了过来。 在这里结婚生子，繁
衍生息。
1850 年前后旧金山中国人新年游行，蛮精神的嘛！
可问题来了，美国，好地方，比广东人称为：“旧金山”！ 很多广东福建一带的人前
赴后继的往美国跑，差不多到了1882年前后，因为大量的中国劳工进入美国，导致了美
国社会严重不满。随即，美国国会通过了一个立法，叫做Chinese Exclusion Act, 限
制随后10年内中国人移民到美国。
可这下问题来了，很多先期到达已经在美国的年轻小伙子，因为不让搬运媳妇过来了，
干完活，吃饱饭后没有老婆，就成天三五成群结队出去逛妓院，找小姐什么的。结果就

现在被打疼的企业可以申请exclusion，excluded就可以不用回来了
而且这个exclusion是针对产品的，任何一家企业申请了某个产品的exclusion，所有企
业都可以享受。现在说是一年期，到时候再出个告示延长一年。。。总之贸易战就是雷
声大雨点小，真正的关税加征跟便秘似的。
这个豁免显然就是中美相互妥协的结果。因为中美贸易战喊了几个月了，中国这边还没
收呢，盟友那边倒先收起来了。要是中国excluded那就太难看了。其实当初想加税应是
真心的，是对中国勾结伊朗等邪恶势力搅局的惩罚。现在中美之间clear了，但是君无
戏言，说好的你加税我反击，中国已经摆了半天pose了， 脸上的肌肉都快僵硬了，不

或者未来的伤害，而不要去纠结或者说服别人这是为了全体Asian的利益，就可以有效
避开这个障碍。毕竟别的Asian没有受到过Chinese Exclusion Act的迫害， 所以他们
是不是支持细分没有价值。

除了18 inch AMG轮子我从没见过外，其他都如下所述。据说那轮子很酷。但是后驱装
那玩意在东北部是自己找死。LD忍痛割爱了。
对车我是外行，但是还是可以给已入或准备入C/E的兄弟们提供点关于这车的信息：
这车机油13000miles一换。Breakpad是在100,000miles的时候换的。胎70000miles一换
。电池没换过，没有不好的症状。空调一年四季都开着，没有工作得不好的迹象。
在雪天hit路上的大坑，损坏过两次钢珠。其他除了灯，没有东东坏过。
LD现在认为MB的车没必要做dealer 建议的坑爹坑娘的保养，因为那些保养不给查毛病
和换该换的东西。据说是一个厚道的technician告诉的。LD说从网上能找到关于MB车到
多少miles换啥啥啥的信息，照那去换就是了。
过去4年除了出差度假和下大雪，这车每天都上路，周末出去玩开山路都用它。LD认为
这车开200K-300K不是问题。我等着瞧呢！
