我真是好爱吃木耳啊。。。凉拌真方便。20g干木耳发出来那么大一盘,吃得饱饱的,
满足得不得了。今天炖的猪手超级无敌好吃。因为是用昨天做白煮鸡的鸡汤炖的~一共
炖了两三个钟头吧,cast iron锅拿来做炖菜真是无敌。

105.6 我最近吃得真的很多。DC的restaurant week,我几乎每天都出去吃中饭。大家
别学我吧。我也是减肥减得差不多了所以放纵一点。加上最近看自己胸骨都很明显了觉
得稍微有点过了所以决定多吃点,不能再吃1200继续瘦下去了。

西班牙菜。N多面包蘸橄榄油(大概一个人吃了半条小号的法棍吧),一小块lamb(50g)
,一小块pork loin(15g),两个endives with goat cheese(这个很少),一些slow
cooked red pepper and onion,半个custard putting,半个chocolate mousse,半个
date wrapped with bacon,一个小小的鸡肉卷,6只虾。
吃得很愉快。法棍GI太高了,一下子就让我carb craving了,想了想就也没控制,所以
吃了很多。这种做法真是好吃啊,一瓣大蒜拍扁,加上一根rosemary,浇上橄榄油,拿
法棍沾着吃。太好吃太好吃了。以后不用法棍也可以用这种做法,比用cheese好吃... 阅读全帖

106.6 哈哈哈哈哈体重终于回升了!看来可能是有delay。我就说我最近天天吃到撑还
保持体重的低位这本身就不正常。今天终于看到了正常的曙光。明天估计还会升不少,
就更正常了。

还是西班牙菜,换了一家,没昨天的好吃,但是便宜一点。吃得更多了。因为选择比较
多而且是all you can eat,so,基本上把想试的都点了一份,俩人吃了12碟……没甜
点倒是,也没吃太多bread。不过都是tapas,分量也不算大,但是总量确实很大。有照
片做记录,我就不贴出来吓大家了吧,真的是很多很多。算2000卡吧

今天早上做的自制吉野家牛肉饭,味道很赞,很像,没吃米饭。不小心又跟正餐灌下去
一大杯豆浆,不出意外地肚子又胀气了,难受了一下午,撑得想吐。吃了一个胃仙U缓
过来了。
晚餐的烤茄子很好吃,以后可以多吃。
