nanny,从来没有月嫂。而且我们俩都认为孩子们一定要自己带，所以从不考虑送孩子回
国。我出差开会的时候，老公就请假在家带孩子，周末他在家时，我还可以工作一天左
右。
确实非常辛苦，但是熬过了最难的时候，觉得人的潜力无穷啊。当然我觉得健康最重要
，所以现在自己有固定的上班时间去gym锻炼身体，balanced food.
我们学校还有女faculty和我的情况很类似，我们常常笑话哪个得更早接孩子从daycare
回家，还有就是上什么excercise class强度更大。大家的家庭好像都还挺稳定。也许
忙得没时间考虑什么有的没的。 |

went public for half a year. So a decision need to be made whether or not to
excercise the option.
Generally, the odds are against those who buy IPO. The insiders and
underwriters have perfect knowledge of the company while the outsiders have
no clues yet. So they would want to price it as high as they could get away

通常，stock option的定价，会在每次董事会开完后有更新，也就是说你上班后的第一
次董事会会给你的stock option定价；如果是上市公司，一般按照董事会当天公开股票
交易价格收盘价。
上班满一年后，可以excercise的股票就从0%突然变成25%，但并不一定需要exercise。
在这之后，每个月都有1/48的stock option可exercise。而买入这些股票需要的金钱就
是当初董事会定价的价格*你想买入的股数。
看你的情况是一个非上市公司，只有公司上市后；或者你想离开公司的时候需要行权（
当然，离开时如果你不看好这个公司，或者上市公司股票价格跌破行权价，就没必要行
权了），否则期权有效期内（一般10年），没必要行权。 |

No one exercise options when it is under the strike price.
Only happens when the company does not allow trading stocks yet and you are
supper bullish about the long term view. So basically you cannot lose money
with options.
There are two options, one is non qualified, another called incentive,
Incentive options are rare these days.
With incentive options, you can excercise without paying tax immediately, in
this case, it could make you bankrupt.

Your brain didn't get enough perfusion as needed.
Dehydration from recent illness can be a reason. Even orthostatic

Nothing much you can do, it's a problem with your blood function, not
related to diet, excercise, etc...so it is really out of your control.
When did you do your 4 tests? My OB said that usually in the 3rd trimester,
the decrease should stop because your blood volume stops to increase so the
count should be stablized.
111 is not too bad. My OB says he would start to worry if I fell below 100.
He will do a check on me on the day of delivery, if it's too low, they can

good time for travel. Airliners do not allow pregnant women to take flights
after 37 or 38 weeks - I don't remember the exact week. Either flight or
coach should be OK - make sure you drink enough water and take a short walk
to excercise your legs every 40 minutes or so during a trip. Also make sure
you know the location of the nearest ER at your destination. Good luck! |
