我看了一下bulletin，上面写说：
（1）After your board of accountancy has accepted your application and fee,
it will notify NASBA as to which sections of the examination you are
eligible to take. NASBA will then send you the appropriate payment coupon.
（2）收到coupon以后，再交examination fee.
（3）收到examination fee以后一两天，收到NTS.
我就糊涂了，那我现在就什么都不用做，等着收那个payment coupon吗？有没有考过的

1）Auditing 主要、或者全部是针对Financial Statement来说的。其遵循的原则是
Statement of Auditing Standard(SAS)。因为auditing观点的assurance是最高级别的
。所以就financial statement而言，其过程是最复杂而且格式也是最为严格的。而且
审计的观点一般是没有限制用处的。
２）就financial statement 而言，低一级别的审查就是Review. Review服务遵循的原
则就是statement of standard for accounting and review service (SSARS).Review
的assurance就是所谓的limited assurance or negative assurance. 所以在review
服务的报告里，要表明CPA是Disclaimer Opinion的。而且用I am not aware of any

major correction, resubmit,甚至fail都不少见。
感觉你是个听话，用功的好学生，但是做研究光这些是不够的。
我一直记得PhD的第一堂课就是：It's all your fault.因为念这个博士是自己的选择
，所以不管发生什么情况和问题都要想办法自己解决，一味强调客观原因是没用的。
正如大家所说，现在抱怨，投诉都是没用的，还是调整心态，虚心接受，早日着手修改
，毕竟还有机会，没有fail掉。如果可能跟Internal examiner沟通一下，了解一下到
底是什么问题最不能说服她。因为，你最后要通过还是要他们点头才是。
另外，从你写的来看，似乎有几个问题：
答辩的时候就是要争论，你不跟examiner争，她当然就觉得你理亏，就更咄咄逼人。学
术上的东西，很多是很难讲对错，如果你认为自己对就应该据理力争。就是在修改的过
程中，如果他们提出的问题你不同意，还是可以写一个‘discussion with examiners'
来阐述自己的观点。

corresponds to each claimed feature.
You check each of those statements in the OA. If the examiner fails to
address some feature in the claim or the alleged correspondence is
rebuttable, you simply say that. E.g., the OA fails to show the reference
discloses the feature "..." recited in Claim 1.
Remember, it's the examiner's duty to show unpatentability.

比如在你举的第一个例子里面，我的claim里面是ABCD，Prior art里面disclose了A'
BCD （这里你是指A'是A的一个equivalent variation但还是被anticipate了对吧？）
，这个prior art有anticipate each and every element in my claim，而且有些是在
specification里面，所以examiner会给这四个claim都发102 rejection，而不会去查
看有没有common ownership的存在是吗？这个时候如果applicant用common ownership
来overcome这个rejection，那examiner就会重新考虑ABC，同时再对D发一个double
patenting，因为D是在claim里面出现的，是吗？

以基本认为是safe，safety就可以有明确的范围了。

语言关），和美国形成了鲜明对比。
本人借丁香园的平台， 对比中美两国体制，希望能够激起广大医学同仁的积极讨论。
并希望最后由文笔好的同仁总结成一篇论文样的文章，呈交给人大等部门。希望能广泛
讨论，传播。也希望最终能促进医疗改革。（有点过于雄心勃勃了。）

考试准备FA就可以了，UW辅助看看，基本上还是以FA为主才比较放心点。
第一个Case太紧张了，在门外忘记抄SP的Last name，一进门自我介绍后匆匆忙忙说了
excuse me后蹲下来看桌上的doorway information，才开始继续encounter，更惨的我
foot extension忘记拉出来，还给病人提醒。
其实FA太细，考试时脑袋里有几个DDx，每个DDx各问几个问题大致上就可以
本以为时间会不够，却每个都在十五分钟前就出来。甚而有两个5 minute
announcement 后才开始physical examination却也可以提早出来。希望这些Physical
examination不要被认为太草率啊。
CIS方面:
一个SP曾请我复述问题。有两三个SP讲话速度太快&我太紧张一时没听清楚，都被我请
他们再clarify/repeat，希望不要影响成绩。
甚至有SP说他almost black out，我问他可以详述black out情形？SP愠怒的说我并没
