再走开车人保险。撞鹿的这个，可能开车人没有negligence，与你说的不同。另外，撞
鹿的那个，自己有车保吗？
还有，这个回答里面说的，非常像再说negligent entrustment，就是说租车的人明知
道开车的人开车技术不好还允许他开，这种情况，车主有negligence，车主的保险有责
任赔。这个撞鹿的事情，当然可以说例如开车的人虽然有驾照，但是基本没开过车，这
一次还要求在深夜三点钟开一辆从没开过的车，再加上几个人已经几千小时都没睡过觉
了，在这些情况下，签字的那个人仍旧让那个人开车，这个，签字人自己有negligence
，视保险合同，签字人的保险要赔。

是车1的事实车主，那车主在司机也就是丈夫保额不够的情况下时还是要负责。现在夫
妻两人共同被告，妻子不一定可以免责不用应诉，虽然车祸时只有丈夫开他自己的车，
妻子不在车上也不在现场。
得到的一些回复指出保险只跟车。
另一位大牛讲“一般原告都是车主司机一块告的，因为如果司机无照，车主可能有
negligent entrustment。”这样看两人同时被告是正常程序。就是不清楚丈夫车1保额
不够的情况下，是由车2的保险来陪，还是由夫妻二人的共同财产来赔 |

简单说一下背景。一年多前，十字路口等绿灯变黄和红灯后左转中，对面车没停住，T
bone我的车。对方司机是个17岁的高中生，只有学照（Permit)，没有 fully licensed
司机陪同。警察来后给了她罚单。我随后报了自己的保险公司。车报废。由于是全
保，自己的保险公司很快给了赔偿。大约过了将近一年，我的保险公司才和对方的保险
公司 Settle down. 告诉我，由于对方没承认闯红灯，而且我没有证人(虽然我有家人
在车上)，所以只能判我100%的责任。
由于保险公司的赔偿不足以买到类似的车子(我的是几乎全新的车, 差几千块）. 保险
公司也没有赔偿我的冬胎埙失(>$1000）。我自己付了几百块的拖车费。加上今后至少6
年保费上涨。我想到小额法庭以下面的理由诉对方,要求对以上的埙失赔偿.

下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面
，还列出了所有的exhibit，值得参考。

的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？
请有经验的前辈指点迷津，小女子不胜感激！

从台湾寄钱到美国很容易，就去任何一间银行的外汇部门汇款就好了，方便得很。如果
法令没有改的话，每一年每个个人应该是可以汇五百万新台币的。
你说的转帐是什么？是在台湾银行和银行之间同一个户名的转帐，还是国际银行从台湾
分行的帐户转帐到国外分行同一名下的帐户？如果是台湾内部不同银行的转帐，可以去
银行或邮局填汇款单。如果是跨行从台湾银行转钱到国外另外一家银行，那应该不叫转
帐吧。基本上就是外汇，到外汇部门去办。

李丹被哈佛等名校录取主要是靠自己的努力。哈佛的录取率只有6%，竞争是非常激烈的
，只凭自己的努力是很难进哈佛。《俄勒冈人》网的记者史蒂夫在当地报纸发表文章为
