发帖数: 44 | 1 鉴于还是有很大一部分客户不是很了解USPS 以及Postpony的合作方式以及各自的运作
方式等一系列问题。所以下面对此分别进行介绍 USPS 、Postpony、USPS与Postpony的
合作方式以及USPSlabel打印，邮寄过程中的问题。
USPS：
美国邮政署（英语：United States Postal Service, USPS），亦称美国邮局或美国邮
政服务，是美国联邦政府的独立机构。
USPS支持 美国到全球各国 以及 美国境内 的邮寄，类似于 中国邮政，在美国快递行
业中算是性价比最高的快递（美国主要三大快递USPS/FedEx/UPS其中FedEx/UPS属于商
业快递邮资相对来说较高）。
USPS 目前的主要操作流程是 用户拿着已经包装好的包裹到邮局排队打印运单之后将运
单贴在包裹上交给工作人员扫描，包裹的消息在网上当即可以查到；另一种方式是用户
自己在USPS 官网打印运单，自己按照要求填写运单信息之后打印出label,同时拿着
label和包裹到邮局邮寄，这种方式省去了在邮局排队的时间但是话费的运费是一样的。
Postpony：
是一家纯粹的网上打印label的平台，全程不接触货物。由于是直接对接USPS 官网，所
以同在USPS 官网打印label是完全一样的性质，唯一不同的是Postpony 平台打印的
label可以 享受折扣。在PostPony平台不同的会员级别享有不同的折扣优惠。
USPS 与Postpony的合作方式：
Postpony和USPS的合作方式可以理解为Postpony是USPS的分销商也可以说是USPS的代理
，所以平台提供的label完全合法正规。Postpony之所以可以拿到折扣主要是因为与
USPS签订了合同保证一年之内完成规定的销售额。此平台除了提供运单的折扣打印，其
余所有的程序还是原原本本的由USPS 官方来完成。包括上门取件或者是自己去到USPS
门店drop off包裹以及邮寄，派送全部是官方程序。包裹的追踪消息同样是在官网查询。
USPS邮寄过程中的问题：
美国境内：
USPS First-Class Mail 时效 2-5 days
USPS Priority Mail 时效 1-3 days
USPS Priority Mail Express 时效 1-2 days
Priority Mail(Flat Rate) 时效1-3 days
以上邮寄方式时效是官方时效，如遇特殊情况时效以实际送达时间为准。
邮寄包装可以是自用包装也可以到USPS 门店自取或者USPS 官网订购，均为免费（在门
店自取的时候要看门店规定有的门店有可能收费）。如果使用USPS 的包装一定要注意
您选择的邮寄方式同您在USPS拿取的包装上面标明的邮寄邮寄方式相同。
如您使用的包装是如图包装盒，则您选择的邮寄方式同样需要选择和包装上想用的“
USPS Priority Mail Express” 这样才可以正常邮寄
其中USPS First-Class Mail 的邮寄要求是包裹必须是在16OZ以内。
USPS Priority Mail 的邮寄要求是 Maximum weight: 70 pounds.
Maximum length and girth: 108 inches.
USPS Priority Mail Express 的邮寄要求是 Maximum weight: 70 pounds.

美国到各国---国际件：
USPS First Class International Service 时效 10-20 days（正常情况下两
周左右）
USPS Priority Mail International 时效 6-10 days （正常情况下两周
左右）
USPS Priority Mail Express International 时效 3-5 days （正常情况下一
周左右）
Priority Mail Intl(Flat Rate) 时效 6-10 days （正常情况下两周左右）
以上邮寄方式 除了USPS First Class International Service 全程有追踪消息，时
效是官方时效，如遇特殊情况时效以实际送达时间为准。
国际件的First Class 只有运单创建以及包裹在美国收寄的消息。如图, 之后没有任何
的消息。据收集的信息正常情况下First Class是两周左右收到，但是也有一部分是一
两个月才收到，由于First Class 是平邮所以即使包裹丢失也没有任何的赔偿。
邮寄要求：
USPS First Class International Service Maximum length: 24 inches

Value of contents cannot exceed $400.
USPS Priority Mail International Maximum weight: 66 pounds.

Priority Mail Intl(Flat Rate) 是固定资费的邮寄方式，所以使用的是USPS 提供的
专门的箱子。适合邮寄体积小 重量大的物品。同时箱子有大小选择的时候需要注意。
USPS label的打印
运单打印之前需要先到Postpony 官网注册账号：

注册成功之后登陆账号既可打印享有折扣的运单，如果在打印运单的过程中遇到任何的

Observations
Items that contain powders, liquids, lithium batteries, or lithium cells are
prohibited for carriage by domestic air transport within China. Any of
these items that are approved for international air transport and arrive at
the initial gateways in China will be forwarded via ground transportation to
their next destination. China Post will accept no liability for the delay
in delivering these items. Mailers should be aware of the following customs
requirements in China:
1. Items for personal use mailed to China are subject to duty and tax.
However, items imported for personal use are exempt from duty and tax, if
such duties and taxes are equal to or less than 50 CNY.
2. Items for personal use imported into China (not including items
imported from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) may not exceed 1,000 CNY.
3. When items imported for personal use exceed the allowed value limit,
three outcomes are possible:
a. The items will be returned.
b. If Customs determines that the items are not for personal use but are
actually intended for commercial use, the items will be cleared using
commercial customs procedures.
c. If Customs determines that the items are actually intended for
personal use, then supporting documents such as a trade contract, commercial
invoice, packing list, waybill, customs declaration brokerage authorization
agreement, import and export license, or other similar documentation will
need to be provided.
4. If imported items are intended for commercial use, commercial customs
clearance will be applied.
5. China Customs permits only shippers and consignees that are registered
declarants or other registered enterprises to present items that must be
accompanied by the documents mentioned in paragraph 3c above. Individuals or
companies that are not registered with China Customs to affect clearance
are advised to entrust the customs clearance process to enterprises that are
