我这里要说的话，楼主肯定不爱听，但是大实话。病人看事情的角度和医生是肯定不一
样的，这和所接受的培训有很大关系。美国的医生培训制度是很严格的，可以说是世界
上最严格，最规范之一。任何诊断程序都遵循protocol，这种规范化保护病人的同时也
是很大程度地保护医生，在诊治中遵循protocol进行，你就很难诉赢。而且遇上疑难病
例，主治医生没有诊治过的，更是困难，病人的症状体征各异，这从有限的文献报道中
可以看出来。对医生来说，下一个从未诊断过的疾病，需要足够的数据支持，根据一两
个符合的指标，而其他一些重要指标不支持，他/她是绝对没有足够的勇气下诊断。我
本人相信绝大部分的医生都不会蓄意杀病人的，进入医学院时大家都宣誓“健康所系，
性命相托（Health entrusted. Lives confided）”。但医学也有很大的局限性，也是
医学的悲哀，所以有特鲁多名言“有时治愈，常常帮助，总是安慰（To Cure
