First of all, if you want to compare two training plans, have you tried them
both, through a few cycles?

these two plans will lead to different outcomes.

"去年的5.5mph几乎是莫名其妙的提高到6mph": I am not sure this relates to
anything other than your sub par cardio ability.

发帖数: 14844 | 2 扫尾看了这部片子，说实话感觉一般。就故事情节而言，普通。就硬科幻而言，有些细
节处理得不错，但大多数还是民科。好比给鸡窝头生物猥琐男塞个LV的包，然后就上T
台走秀，实在有些不伦不类。
硬科幻：虫洞，这个理论上说不清楚。就当它是存在的，可以大距离穿越。黑洞附近的
吸基盘和引力透镜效应，貌似是kip想要高调宣传的亮点。高速运动下时间的相对论效
应、孪生佯谬，这个很可以有。水星球上巨大的潮汐，想法很好。贴近黑洞时候的牛三
定律和反冲... 不是很准确，但是对于民科来说，知道这个已经不错了。
可以改进的细节：
endurance被炸后高速旋转，男主驾驶小艇试图旋转对接的时候，小艇的角速度很大，
以至于两人脖子都直不起来，女主还blackout了。但是注意驾驶舱在小艇头部，惯性力
应该把两人向小艇头部“甩”，两人应该低头、四肢向前垂，而不是侧扭。另，在如此
小半径、高角速度的情况下，克里奥里力不可以忽略。可以加进去一些物体掉落的细节
，突出旋转非惯性系下自由落体运动轨迹转弯的神奇效果。
在黑洞吸基盘附近，小艇要“反冲”脱离endurance处，小艇掉落黑洞不应该是直着下

UTMB其实比Hardrock简单不少....
UTMB的qualify race非常多，中国也有，Vibram Hongkong 100K
和TNF Beijing 100K都是3分的比赛...具体你可以在这里查:

输入年份，国家，省（州），就好了，12/13两年的比赛都能qualify2014年的race,

我觉得可以试试三番的THE NORTH FACE ENDURANCE CHALLENGE SAN FRANCISCO 50迈，
2分的比赛...

提高，离不开身体素质训练，包括力量，爆发力，耐力，平衡力等等，而且这些能力还
必须在对抗的情况下能表现出来。我对训练的几点心得
1。高强度训练， 但要适可而止。 多做HIIT
2。训练中身体work as a unit,
3。core strength 及其重要
4。一定要读理论，了解身体

我爬的比较慢，用朋友的话说是边爬边想的那种，所以在户外目前还一般不怎么take。
估计上的route还比较简单没有特别demanding的。但是现在还没有helmet，有时候也比
较担心掉下来，所以都是非常确定有好的position的时候才move on。还有我个子矮，
