不是关于绿卡，而是关于工作签证的，第二部分是关于EB类的绿卡，不过这个法案并没
有增加EB类的绿卡名额，而只是允许提前交I-485(交500美元处理费)和签发有效期为三
年的EAD和AP. 这实际上是个很moderate的改革，可惜当时没有通过。现在把法案贴出
来, 我觉着今年有可能会有议员提相类似的法案:

，还有北欧人也玩玩维京人的reenactment，连日本人也玩samurai的re-enact，一帮人
玩票，周末出去乐一乐
中国人好像什么都不玩，也不搞个赤壁大战，或者淝水，或者解放战争的reenact，应
该很有fun的……
我怀疑如今拍电视剧的，就跟以前说书的一样，压根就不知道冷兵器时代的骑兵冲锋是
怎么打的，基本上就是京剧班子的现代版，根本就没有请武器专家来造些真武器，然后
让人re-enact一下效果。所谓的武打片基本上就是舞蹈了，没有啥实用成分在里面。
以前好像听评书说枪是兵器之王，
估计色猫是为了标新立异，
但实际上也就是和长枪一样，就是用来戳的。
必要时也可以当棍使。 |

只说我们讨论的这个环节。Z站在T路口说T从南边向他靠近，"punched me on the face
".同时还用自己的拳头作了一个从南向北的挥击动作。接下来说：“ I stumbled, I
fell down. He pushed me down. Somehow, he got on me" 说这些话的时候，他的位
置始终在T路口。接下来，警察问他：“on the grass or cement?"。这里要注意，警
察没问：where?。因为按照他的陈述，从 punch 到 he got on me 就发生在T路口。警
察也已经认定了这个位置。听到警察问on the grass or cement?,他却答非所问地开始
向南边移动，嘴里说着：I think I tried to push him away from me. 因为他这时意
