如果一个小孩子连explore各种打法（包括push，包括消极打法，包括even goofing
around)的自由都没有，是不是也很过了呢？ － 打球就得aggressive，就得hit with
conviction，就得 believe in yourself －－ 话说这个教练自己怎么不去跟Federer
练练呢？
Mental的东西，包括toughness，不是逼小孩子咬牙发狠就能练出来的。要让孩子见识
广，并能在此基础上有自己的思考和感悟。
小孩子应该有explore各种打法的自由，更应该有explore 各种emotion的自由，包括
negative emotions. 这对他们长成健康的成人，尤其是长成mentally tough的成人，
有帮助。 人类的emotions其实就那么几种，负面的没那么可怕－－可怕到孩子不可以
有那样的想法，有了就要被惩罚。
如果是我，会（作出很兴奋的样子）跟孩子讨论，为什么改变打法了？ 那个叫push，

在我小孩身上失败的建议。
有时侯输球时emotional，然后越打越烂，以前我经常说just calm down, don't think
about the score, the most important point is the next point, blah blah. 听
起来都很好的建议，但完全没用，后来我发觉，要是他能calm down, 那也不会陷入
emotional 的state, 一旦陷入，也不会再那么清醒的想到这么多，大人可能好一点，
小孩就是会out of control.
怎么办呢？教练就规定他带一块毛今去场地里，每次输分，都要去用毛今擦擦汗，训练
中也是这样。慢慢的他就把擦汗作为一个常规动作，真有效果，冷毛今一擦，控制
emotional 就好多了。
总结，很多建议对于大人都是很好的，但对小孩就不同，理解能力感受能力都有限，关
键是要找到根源，用小孩能够实行的办法，我想这也是黑岛发这贴的初衷。 |

看楼主向你建议“打动心灵”“小学生”云云，这个讲法倒是有点中国历史背景。尤其
和陆、王心学，晚明异端都好讲的“赤子童心”相近。我不仅厌烦童心说，而且总它和
中国文化软肋--缺少理论深度，互为表里。非常非常非常粗略说，中原文化在先秦可以
分两类：诗、书。诗包括文学、音乐等娱人心目的文盛部分，书统括史、礼等是事例型
“法典”“人伦/哲学理论”。两者共同处是少理论思辨。秦火后，两汉有经学，儒道
阴阳融会，入汉魏又有玄学，融合佛学后有宋明理学、心学直至明末异端。整体演进仍
然短于论辩。其中最集中国哲学论辩大成，理论最完善的是南宋理学。不幸到陆王心学
，被纠正的同时，难得一点有声色的“大理论体系”重又失去。程朱难得有分量的哲学
体系到阳明及以后（尤其阳明弟子）一简再简，最后（心学各派，晚明异端）竟后继无
人到被“赤子童心”之类这巷谈取代，呜呼哀哉。
与童心说相反的是一些西人的见解，教我十分倾慕。特别有一位和你强调技术有关。你
强调技术的特点，我在layperson的立场上一直赞同，但讲不出所以然，直到这个番人
