吃点红糖红枣汤什么的。基本上和坐月子的讲究差不多，但是不用那么严重也不用那么
久时间。 |

便。再放点当归也不错。
另外，你没有做手术，应该不用消炎药的。多休息，别累着。

nurse practitioner either this week or two weeks later based on the schedule
offered by the clinic. It sounds that OB won't be present until the fetus
is 8 weeks old.
My question is which appointment is better? Is it too early to see the nurse

么流产征兆都没有，只是baby停止发育了。
今年30，第一次怀孕，过程因为太顺利了，和LD第一次尝试就中了，所以都没有想过要
测排卵什么的。我的周期一向很准，但是怕自己失望，还是等到了过了5天才去验孕，
发现怀了的时候真是非常的开心。看了好几本怀孕的书，包括预防流产的。然后就是预
约医生。我们这里医生都是到8周才给见面的。
一直就忐忑不安的等到8周，之间一直也在用验孕棒，看着线一直加深，每天也测基础
体温，一直都是高温区，从第六周不到一点开始恶心，每天要吐一次，而且胃胀，不想
吃饭，基本上该有的症状我都有。一直就是这么又期待又有点害怕的心情，直到我见了
医生。
在7周6天的时候见了医生，做B超的时候发现医生脸色比较凝重，当时对大小完全没有
概念，只看到一个球形的sac，还有几乎不能分辨的fetal pole，测量的结果是5周4天
大小，和我最后一次月经开始日子算出来差了2周，因为太小，完全看不到心跳。医生
对我说也有可能是受精晚了，着床晚了，让我选择是抽血看HCG，还是再等一周再做B超

发帖数: 608 | 25 忘了提醒lz mm，如果你计划好做IVF，一定要提前一段时间去见医生，一个是好的医生
难约，另一个是，就算你见了医生，你也不可能在紧接着的那个cycle开始你的
treatment。见了医生之后，他会根据你的具体情况让你和你老公做检查，这些检查至
少需要一个cycle的时间才能做完，有一些需要在例假前5天做，有一些在例假5-12天做
，还有很多血检。做完检查之后如果一切正常，然后你需要先吃一个月的避孕药，那又
是一个cycle了，然后才开始treatment。如果检查结果有问题，可能拖的时间更长。
还有，transfer embryo 之后医生会给你用孕酮，这个有很多种，有些是你的保险能
cover的，建议你同保险公司还有你医生商量，尽量用保险cover的药，能够省点费用。 |

MM可以先准备所有领养手续排上队(中国和美国的都要试。也许你会真的通过这种方式
领养一个孩子，也许是老二呢。
如果MM子宫没有问题的话，至少可以用捐卵通过IVF手段怀孕。这样，你们也可以感受
怀孕中的一切,最重要的是一个生命在你体内的成长。
如果MM子宫有问题但有健康卵子的话，可以找代孕母亲－－所有的费用应该不超过十万
美元。这样，你们会有自己的亲生骨肉。
就象其他MM建议的一样，即使以上的办法行不通，也可以找代孕母亲用捐卵和 your
hubby's sperm 或捐的胚胎（embryo)。这个方法比领养要快而且你们对孩子的了解会
更多。

chose when heartbeats stop at 8 weeks. If you are 10 weeks pregnant, you
have to consult your OB, since the bigger size of sac might cause hemorrhage
which ends up with D&C.

做了两轮试管，冻了4个染色体健康的受精卵。医生说50%的染色体健康的受精卵可以成
为健康宝宝，所以刚好两个。
目前计划是一月中旬做embryo transfer。
我最近非常焦虑，对怀孕这件事，还有怀孕之后的事。担心怀孕了就不能做自己想做的
事情了（我比较喜欢运动，每周3-5次吧，跳舞和游泳）。担心生孩子之后不能把自己
塞进现在的衣服里。老公不是很给力，平时家务基本都是我做，他只有祸害的份，只是
祸害程度的问题。所以担心怀孕生孩子之后乱成猪窝，或者我累死。院长两周前告诉我
，明年因为经费问题，我的合同不能续。所以现在开始在找工作。七月搬家应该是8个
月。就更不要说academic 的工作有多难找。昨晚做梦梦见我面试，然后没拿到offer。
一年多前我们搬家，我们搬了6000磅的东西。老公有很多很多的收藏的东西。都是我一
个个打包。所以想到搬家就头大。还是八个月的时候搬家…… 然后ap第一个学期就生
孩子…… 这是如果能找到工作，如果找不到AP （老公拒绝再为一个合同性质的工作搬
家，我也不想搬了一两年再搬），就在家待着。一是不愿意，二是经济会有压力……
