。。。要么邀上三五人，就在空无一人的office斗地主....
哎，还是心伤收回imaging...此景以逝成追忆....
我的午餐(其实也就是昨夜饭菜，昨夜汤)：四色小肴一碟，（脂溶性胡萝卜丝，青椒，
莲白，郫县豆瓣，爆得微卷的回锅肉，共四色）豆腐（小粒）发菜西红柿蛋花汤一小盅
，酸奶(peach)一小杯，紫红带皮葡萄１７粒（four of them are not edible).
这可是 my best working lunch in North America.

发帖数: 2062 | 35 刚才有人建议开专题讲采蘑菇。我来讲讲我在ＮＪ采蘑菇的经验。
最开始采蘑菇是跟个俄国女同事学的。NJ各个park和山头走了不少，最后觉得蘑菇最多
的地方是cheesequake state park，从edison沿GSP十几分钟就到。到了秋天，特别下
雨后，此公园到处都是蘑菇。九月份是最好的时候，十月后天气转冷就没有蘑菇了，八
月也应该有，但是因为labor day以前进去要交钱，我没有在七八月去过。
初学采蘑菇可参照下面的网页。

切记学会认清能吃死人的Amanitas的几个典型特征，其他的一般就算有毒也吃不死人。
可采蘑菇中最容易辩认也不会搞混的是Boletes和CORAL FUNGI（见所给连接图片和介绍
），我最开始只采这两种。
Boletes帽顶是棕色，帽底一般是黄色海绵状，有的会偏绿。不要摘帽底是橙色或红色
的。这种蘑菇最容易辨认，味道也极佳。初学才蘑菇者最好先从bolets开始。不过
bolets因为跟枯叶颜色相似，不容易一眼看出来。
