钙的化合物都很容易被吸收，化合物有calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, etc.容
易被狗吸收的是calcium phosphate。也是骨头里面的"主要"成分.
这个10%骨头其实不是根据狗粮推荐的钙磷比算出来的。而是因为一般的prey身体组成
是5-10% organs，10-15% edible bones，80-85% muscle meat (and the rest of the
critter。这些生物的体内钙磷比又是最均衡的(差不多1:1)，所以才会有8:1:1的说法。 |

（1）我对没有实际影响的pure theory有偏见：对证明一个世界上只有十个人会谈到的

不过有些问题值得商榷。
胃肠道的消化功能保证了抗体是不可能口服被吸收的。这是生理学基本常识。
人体一个有5种抗体，分别是IgA，IgE，IgM，IgG，IgD。这5种抗体性质不同，分布也
不同，导致作用不同。分工合作形成抗体免疫。其中IgE主要对寄生虫和过敏起主要作
用，IgM早期免疫，IgG长期免疫，IgD跟细胞分化有关。而只有IgA可以通过分泌进入消
化道。除IgA之外，其他任何抗体进入消化道都会被消化，分解，失去活性。IgA可以形
成聚合体，有一个特殊分泌片段保护，不被消化。所以可以起到消化道免疫的作用。多
数消化道病毒感染最后都是靠产生IgA而形成最重要的保护屏障。即使如此，IgA也基本
无法吸收。虽然有研究认为有一些非常特殊途径可能回收利用IgA，但是第一量非常少
，第二通路非常固定，主要是把IgA转运到其他黏膜分泌。
