就奶粉而已，日本列在HS code 0401.10.110 目录下的通用关税是25%+每公斤63日元固
定费用，但2013年的临时关税为25%，没有固定费用。可是，对于two协约国，这25%的
关税收取后又退给进口商。这样一来，如果你是two的协约国，在2013年1月进口牛奶关
税其实是0.

The raw meat mixture is usually allowed to ferment for a day, then the
mixture is either stuffed into an edible natural or inedible cellulose
casing and hung to cure. Heat treatment to about 104°F (40 °C) may be used
to accelerate further fermentation and start the drying process. Higher
temperatures (about 140°F (60 °C)) are used to stop the fermentation when
