济系进行了排名。
他简单看了一下，觉得这个排名有几点不足之处，不能反应国内的研究现状。首先，这
个排名用的是2009年以前的论文发表数据，不能反映国内日新月异的现状；然后，排名
用的论文发表数据包括了兼职教授的发表，不能反映实际情况；这个排名考虑了前50名
的期刊并且使用了P，RP， AR，P， RPG， ARPG， AVPG， Q IA等7种方法排名，令人

让本该排在刘延东前面的副总理汪洋演讲。而刘延东讲完话后，美国副总统没有多等
10分钟让其它人包括汪洋演讲完到会议结束，而是直接提前离开会场。
下面是讲话原文其中一小段翻译：
中国， 和其它亚洲国家一样，受益于稳定与繁荣。这里所说的稳定和繁荣，把话说白
了，就是自美国终结了第二次世界大战后的60年这段时间。在以后的几十年，我们将会

consisted of six counts of filing a false income tax return, six counts of
filing false foreign bank account reports, and one count of Consipiracy to
