A question comes up during submitting my i485.
Here's some background:
I was originally on PERM-eb2, and submitted my eb3 downgrade i140 on 5/2.
My PD was current when I started the downgrade but didn't concurrent file
i485 because I was waiting for other supporting docs on i485.
Then question comes:
My attorney has received receipt notice on the i140 downgrade. And I gave
him the go ahead on PP for the downgrade i140.

EB2已经在AOS pending状态等待current，PD是2013年6月
之前跟公司要downgrade公司死也不肯，今天忽然发信来说因为EB3马上要current了，
可以downgrade到EB3，而且EB2-140不受影响，而且2，3可以自动转换。说的很动听。
搞得我措手不及。
有一些问题向有经验的先辈请教
申请EB3-140,之后要在递交485 (还是同时递交),到最后拿到physical GC要多长时间，
整个过程的timeline是什么样子的。

Their EADs will expire in next September, but we have to file renewals 4
month before the expiration.

Continental card)，不过从网上调研看，这个卡似乎很少有。
打进去实话实说，要收费了，能partially waive不？(其实如果能免一半左右我也就保
留了)被拒。。。提起之前其它卡被挽留过，被无视。。。剩下只有两条路：(1)
cancel or (2) downgrade to Sapphire card
(1) cancel:对我没什么好处，还减少卡平均寿命。
(2) downgrade: 这个好处是保留了卡，鉴于chase经常以kill an old one, get a new
one为条件，所以这个卡就留着未来被宰吧。
一个缺点，可能有人说，是这样我对于Sapphire card就不是新用户了，拿不到那边的
open bonus。不过即使没有这张卡，看着sapphire那个卡的promotion，我也不会去申
的，所以浪费就浪费了。
CSR blabla说了一堆自己已经知道的东西，然后要我同意proceed就好了。新卡会几天

reasons - better cash flow, higher margin, out performing profit growth.

I don't follow XONE, but sounds normal to me.
Wall Street downgrades price bottoms and upgrades price peaks.
So downgrade typically means price may be bottoming, even though subsequent
rally may be limited.
This rule of thumb is rather short term and is a coarse rule, i.e. lacks
high accuracy and precision, which would require additional steps, e.g. use
of trend lines, to refine and achieve. |
