about my dependents EADs (my pending I-485).
Their EADs will expire in next September, but we have to file renewals 4
month before the expiration.
Question, we need a valid, and uninterrupted EAD status (since my dependents
are working now). What impact will be if I file downgrade? How I am going
to renew EAD next May? under what category? if EB2 downgrade not being
approved?
Please, if you can provide me with link for the clause, or act of law. I
appreciate.

发帖数: 909 | 4 你的EAD是基于你的pending 485的，跟你是EB2 还是EB3没关系,renew EAD不需要填EB2
还是EB3,只需要选(c)(9) for Adjustment Applicant。

Based on your comment, my understanding is that,
Regardless of my downgrade filing, status and outcome, my current i-485 is
always there and valid, on which I can count for EAD renewals. right?
By any chance, do you have the links for clause or internal memo regarding
to this? |
