你也不知道他们到底在玩哪知股票。
不过从TSLA来说， 那些操作股票的MM如果今年年底手上没有tsla估计会被管理的人骂
了。

upgrade到premium了。 结果到年终算账股票居然没赚没赔，scottrade说不形成
taxable的income，所以没有1099，然后怎么也回不去deluxe了！打电话也说不行，除
非另立帐号重新填！那样实在太麻烦！
怎么这么霸王条款阿！
问问大家谁家的软件可以随便upgrade或者downgrade阿？ |

I just called USCIS. They told me that it is impossible to downgrade to eb3
directly. If someone wants to file for eb3, they need to file a new perm and
be qualified for the whole process.
I am not sure whether I should share these information here. But you can

既然eb2 的140已经批了，工资差一点点，downgrade Eb3 140需要递交公司最近一年的
财务状况吗？新来的会计做事很慢，但又不想被ref, TSC.
2.if 1 is yes, 2013 tax return not file yet, what to show them?
3. 预计4月15递交DIY材料双飞，不知还来得及不？求解 |
