那个cran什么的网站说，先交5刀disable auto top up，然后再downgrade就不用交10
刀。
如果是真的话，估计有办法免费downgrade。
可以先在一个有credit的账号激活，然后disable auto top up，因为有credit，所以
不用交5刀。
然后downgrade， 然后申请转到其他新开账号。当然不转也可以。
现在分开账号已经没什么好处了。
搞11个账号，互相加朋友就够了，多了也没用。 |

减少或取消对穷人的政府屋的福利或补贴，房子的demand就会减少，房租就会下降，治
安会变坏，这样就可以让不断增高的美国房价下跌至少20%
这个川普就算不是地产的，也不敢这么做，毕竟每个选举人后面是一个团队，不互像詹
姆斯的决定那样做的那么天怒人怨的。
房价下跌，按照downgrade说的，房子的刚需减少，房租下降，治安变坏只是一个方面
，毕竟没地方住了，只能去抢劫，去骚扰。
当然，正常情况下没地方住需要好好工作，但是有些黑人心思和华人不一样的。会直接
粗鲁很多。
治安坏了影响经济只是一个方面，真正的情况还是房价本身带来连锁反应，作为最为庞
大的不动产，一牵动就是让美帝经济搞不好又举步维艰。换成任何一个正常的人，都不
敢冒这个险。
其实任何总统候选人，都不会强烈的去改变现在的基本状态，就算证明现任政府是错的
。但是会喊口号。奥巴马就是这样成功的。

2000二选一，最后因为差钱，也怕自己技术水平太差吸收不了没干成。其中豹2和幻影
2000可以完全引进，只要给钱就行，但钱要得太多了；f-16米帝开始给了个downgrade
的F-16/J79,TG拒了，后来米帝让步不downgrade，但tg坚持要包括发动机雷达等等的全

going to be the new AAA. I'm saying it _not_ out of confident in the US, but
a lack of confidence in everybody else.
Now if China has the guts to unpeg from the dollar and let Yuan freely

至少CHARGE了三个月，尼玛，当初加入USBANK就是图个TOTAL FREE CHECKING，
后来说SAVING也不要FEE，就开了个SAVING，账上钱不少，每个月也有DIRECT DEPOSIT
莫名其妙地被宰了。我去问银行出纳，说我的HELOC关户了，PACKAGE DOWNGRADE
变成收钱的了，我有个HELOC两年前开的，用了一年关了，还交了500刀的罚款，
记着也没UPGRADE什么PACKAGE，怎么就DOWNGRADE了呢？银行说你HELOC开户，自动
就UPGRADE PACKAGE，关户的时候是ESCROW关的，我也不知道有什么变化，看来
已经CHARGE我一年的17.95了，小二说给我弄到SILVER PACKAGE里就不要钱了，

5. 开始三个月免月费，以后如果没有满足25k存款，月费25每月，我因为不知道一定要
REQUEST REWARD DEBIT CARD，耽误了两个月，所以被收50刀月费。
6. 半年内关账户要交25，但是可以down grade to free express checking.我因为同
时开了saving，只好每月固定转账至少25刀，才可以免，所以saving 是多余。
7. downgrade 一定要在拿到225之后才做。只要不犯我的失误，三个月内肯定可以拿到。
8. downgrade之后维持一段时间，满半年后关账户就免费了

我觉得citi 不太厚道的地方是，当transfer你的account的时候，没有转到no fee的
account type. 很多人会因此charge fee。
我是收到信了，我们家有3个account，想关掉一个，他说你可以不用关掉，downgrade
就行，再看了一下我所有houshold link的account，他说你3个帐号加起来满足这个
balance要求就可以，我就没有关。 |
