收益没什么很大影响。股票赚钱看来真的是炒出来的

contribution to improve the economic productivity. I wait for the day that
technology can be used to improve productivity. Robots will do all the work
for us. This may start another superbull market as in 1840s.

dividends that high. this is because people believe that fed rate will be
increased. So those companies will not get zero interest money to buy Fed
guaranteed MBS any more. The dividend is mostly going down.
