每次美国爆发枪击案,关于美国宪法中“持枪权”的话题就会热起来。有一种说法广为
流传:美国宪法规定了人民拥有“持枪权”;更有甚者,还说这个“持枪权”是为了保
证宪法赋予人民“推翻暴政的权利”。但事实上,“持枪权”只是对美国联邦宪法第二
修正案的曲解。而所谓“推翻暴政的权利”则完全是讹传。
