问他们是不是要拍个片子 assure我说not necessary
我没有他们那么乐观 还是自己去拍了个xray 片子给health services的医生看 说我没
事没有骨折 再绑一段时间就好了
我不信 自己去医院要来xray disc 有一根骨头（ulna）都快穿皮肤而出了不过倒是真
的看不出fracture 上网放狗一搜 有个dislocation的病例片子跟我的简直一模一样
最后自己去了医院找了orthopedic surgeon 看了片子 诊断为Closed dislocation of
distal radioulnar (joint)
打了一个over-elbow cast for 6 weeks 就是把手腕强拧过去按在那里
现在拆掉石膏已经2 weeks 左手略能活动 医生让做occupational therapy
但是左右forearm 手腕关节明显不对称 旋转角度也非常有限 时有疼痛

他没说话直接把我转到了Emergency Room。我看不对，我不想去ER,太贵了，就挂了。

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把

Dislocated IUD is a well documented problem. Complications like that do
occur. Doctor's experience has a lot of with the risk of dislocation. The
senior family planning doctor in my hospital, who has done thousands of IUD
placements, once told me that she made two such accidents.
If you want to sue your doctor, the biggest problem you have is to establish
"negligence". Since it is a well known risk in this procedure, I don't

话给ob，ob不在，小护士说跟怀孕没关系，让我去看family doctor 是不是
dislocation, 拍个x-ray 什么的。我说x-ray 不安全。她说告诉医生，医生会注意，
不会有什么的。又说不一定要拍 x-ray. 我很犹豫，觉得肯定不是dislocation, 就是
肌肉疼，但真得很严重，有时像抽筋一样疼。我怕见了 family doctor， 就给我拍 x-
ray, 要不就给我开止疼药。当然热敷我在用了。大家有什么建议，多谢！ |

医生应该是怀疑hip dislocation.
我注意好像她的两个大腿腿纹不对称。我女儿也是这样，被怀疑是dislocation, 直接
给做了X-RAY.说没事，但是1年后再看一次，确保没有问题。
这个多发于第一胎女宝。Ultrasound更安全，做一个好安心，呵呵 |

至于肩膀, 应该是你的肩膀灵活性不够. 很多人都会有这个问题, 包括我自己. 做以下
shoulder dislocations的练习可以提高:
1)

可以找根扫帚棍或者去lowes/home depot买根细的pvc pipe. 第一次做的时候双手尽量
抓得宽一点, 这样会容易些. 做的过程当中肘子要全程lockout. 灵活性提高后, 可以
缩短双手之间的间距.
我左肩的灵活性还不够, 所以我每次深蹲前都会做这个. 我肩膀在low bar的时候后转
没有问题, 但是左前手臂和左手还是做不到在一条线上. 所以做完深蹲左手腕会感觉到
疼, 一般第二天就好了. |

应该这样说：腰部不疼，同时动作模式改变了。其它根本性的伤痛也会改变动作模式。
腰部几乎从来不疼，或者即使疼也是感觉很小。这就为什么绝大多数医生可能都查不出
来或
者需要几个星期以上时间才能查出来根本问题的原因。我提过的3个cases需要的时
间分
别是：差不多两个月（包括hip dislocation），一个月（包括hip dislocation），好
几个月。
主要是（upper body weight bearing）腰部的伤引发了其它的部位的mis-alignments
